“I went to Nedbank Greenstone on Monday to apply for new bank cards after an unauthorized payment went off my account. I had to call at the bank every day of this week since then to get all my matters resloved. I was shocked by the unprofessional manner of the consultants. Today I went in to discuss renewing my fixed deposit with the bank. The consultant who attended to me was most unprofessional. She asked me to come and stand right next to her while she gave me instructions on how to change my investment on my banking app. While she attended to my need she spoke to 6 different clients making me wait each time while she attended to them. One client even sat on a stool next to her. I had no absolutely no privacy in all this time. I get the impression that Nedbank does not value their customers any more! This was the worst service that I have ever experienced..”

I purchased a home with Nedbank. The first debit order was fine and went off correctly. The second month Nedbank debited my account for the home loan on the 7th and then AGAIN on the 8th!!
They never picked up the error and when I finally did 8 days later, they only refunded my money then.
I have requested that the debit order be cancelled so I can ensure they don’t double debit me whenever they feel like it. To this, I was declined. As they say, they have a mandate to debit my account… to which I would like to know if it is mandated to debit my account TWICE a month!?!
Horrible service, disgusting attitude towards a customer & they held my money for that time with no interest! If you take one cent from Nedbank, you pay interest from day one! Amazing that!
