“ Absolutely awful customer service - faced with engineers putting in false reports and accusing us of intimidation after my husband had to tell the man to calm down as he was shouting at me! and there is no way to address them - ~I received an apology but then they quote from the very report I was complaining about. ”

“ What a dreadful company, actually advise that they won't speak to customer. They palm out their calls to poor people who work from home and are given no support. The poor people just don't know the part numbers, product details or technical information. My advice - don't buy Neff, their customers service is just awful. ”
