“ A simple question about a combination Neff steam oven to fit in my new home which also has currently Neff appliances wasted 22 minutes of my time on an international call because the UK Customer Service office does not know the meaning of the word promotion! Having been kept on hold for 12 minutes I was reluctantly passed to a manager who in a roundabout way, finally, imparted the information I needed. ”

“ There is nothing positive to say about either my induction hob or oven, both play up and less than 6months would certainly never have Neff again . Terrible customer service on top. ”

“ Door is full of debris due to what I think is a design error. Customer Service is dire just robot replies. Apparently the door has been designed to be taken off as it's accepted food will fall into the vents! I understand this is quite a challenge as a call out from Neff engineers is their favoured outcome. ”
