“We have just had our Neff warming drawer repaired. I was told that firstly I would be given a day, and then the day before the visit I would be given a time slot, and then on the day the engineer would ring us approximately half an hour before the visit. I am pleased to say, that is exactly what happened.The engineer Mark , found the fault immediately, he had a variety of parts on the van for any eventuality, he talked us through the costs of repair before proceeding, then sorted it out within a few minutes. I found him to be a very pleasant, polite, and professional person, he even gave my little dog a chew. Would definitely use him again!”
“We had Neff hide and slide oven , integrated fridge, induction hob plus integrated microwave/ combined oven installed over 5 years ago. We've had no problems whatsoever until the other day when the side runner of the hide and slide door cracked which made it difficult to open and close the door. Went online to neffs spares page where its possible to buy every conceivable part for their products at realistic prices plus theres a complete visual brakedown for repairing their products. Ordered the part and received it within 2 days. Easily changed the runner and the door is like new. Cant understand some of the posts regarding taking the door off and cleaning the glass on the oven . Its a dawdle of a job. Plenty of you tube videos available”
“Neff products are 1st class but the service after sales ie repairs are a disgrace, and after two fail products and owing two the service people I will never buy a Neff product again or a product that relies on Neff engineers to attend, disgusting service. A E Pullinger.”
