I bought one original machine and one virtuo. I received in the boxes 2 redeem coupons of $10. In order to redeem the coupons, I called nespresso. She asked me so many questions and after spending over 20 minutes, I gave up. Bad customer service

I wish I could be happier with this machine. The convenience of it is a wonderful concept. I have 2 issues with it. The first one is that I never get a consistent temperature when I make a cup of coffee. Often it is lukewarm and requires heating in the microwave. This is almost always the case when I brew an espresso for a latte. The second one is the milk frother….I always pour the milk just slightly under the maximum line as I never know which result I am going to get. Sometimes it froths perfectly and other times it it runs over.

Purchased aerochino 3 last year. Stopped frothing after 3 or 4 months. Called nespresso, did a video with them with ice method etc. Sent machine back as per their instructions and they sent me back my machine that still did not work. Called them back and they wanted to go through the same process again. They keep saying machine must be completely clean, Blah, blah blah. My machine is spotless. This frother froths sporadically. By getting it to work I have put machine in fridge to allow for milk and machine to be same temp. Also I have tried to put milk at room temp into machine at room temp. I have redone the ice method. These procedures do help it work sometimes but not consistently, therefore some mornings we have froth and some mornings not. ( very frustrating) It is fortunate that I love the Nespresso coffee otherwise you would definitely have lost a customer. Extremely poor customer service.

The brand 'Nespresso' would be regarded by most as THE home coffee maker... The market leader in easy home brew coffee. They must have a ton of money and feedback over the years... So, what's been done with it? App: Lucky if it works from one update to the next. Can't read about any of the coffees as you're choosing them from a list. Can't physically order without an error at the end of it. Then there's the 'My Machine' section which might as well not exist, impossible to get the machines linked and when you do it last a day and then it doesn't work anyway. Instructions and guides are vague at best. Coffee recipes are limited to Latte and Cappuccino. To summarise. The app is not worth existing. The Machine: Nice build quality, pours a fantastic brew, but the problems it has with the app means it's not a smart machine. You have to fend for yourself in terms of what the lights mean and what maintence needs doing. You can't even find a section on the app that will explain the different lights for the machine. I can't comment on customer service but I will be soon. Overall, I'd think about buying another brand if you want to maximise your "smart" experience

Decent product, but switching to Keurig permanently because they are less expensive and less of a monopoly. Keurig machines are less finicky, so lots of affordable third party pods are available. Also Nespresso is gouging!!! Pods are just over 1/2 the price in Europe AND they sell Nescafe pods in Europe for 20-30 cents a pod. I am over their ridiculous prices.

Six week old machine broke down As more than a month old I had to accept a repair that would take 2-3 weeks or a “pre loved” machine. I’m sure a good company would have replaced with new

I do like the tasted of Nespresso Vertuo. I had the NEXT machine. The downside is the cost. At $1+ per coffee I am back near Starbucks coffee shop prices at 2 cups per day. The problem is competition. Until the patent runs out there will be nothing but Nespresso and Starbucks-licensed capsules. It's a shame. I bought another machine for my RV, a Keurig with Multi-stream. It is so much better than the regular Keurig. That's my go to until Nespresso makes other decisions or the patent runs out.

What has happened to Nespresso delivery service. We used to receive our order on next day delivery. Now it is very unreliable and we are often left without coffee pods. The recycling is hit and miss as well

You have replaced the vertuo chocolate fudge which was my absolute favourite with a new rich chocolate which isn't tasty at all as far as a nice smooth chocolate flavour/aroma. this new one taste like coconut, like many other of the flavours. I am not sure what ingredient you replaced or added, but it is nasty. PLEASE bring the old flavour/recipe back Mornings are just not the same. I do like the convenient ordering on line. Thanks.

Darn…. Nespresso makes a wonderful product but Customer Service is horrid… WE have been Nespresso customers for at least 10 years… it makes no difference. IF you buy a machine…be prepared to buy your pods elsewhere…

I have had my Nespresso for 2 days. I have had to call 3 times so far to try to resolve 2 issues and the second issue is still not resolved. Then I was hung up on. The actual nespresso machine works well but the customer service is making me think about returning it, especially as it’s been a hassle to even order the coffee.

Ordering coffee with Nespresso has turned into the worse experience. Their coffee deliveries are always late and their customer service has gotten terrible. They use to accommodate when orders arrived late, now they just go back and forth with you as to why you need to just wait for the order no matter how late.

My experience after buying for 5+ years is their coffee tastes weaker and the decaf selection is virtually non existent not to mention their prices are high. Good luck surviving.

I contacted the company several times in the last couple of months regarding my broken Nespresso machine that was purchased less than 2 years ago and had stopped working (water leaked out the bottom during use). Using it only in my RV I had used it maybe 40 times, so each use effectively cost me more than $5. I probably wasted about 2 hours on the phone with customer service, going through all the troubleshooting efforts. At the end of all of that, I learned what I already knew before contacting them: my machine required repair/replacement. After a brief hold, I then learned that the company does not repair my model. And more importantly, then I learned that their 2-year warranty doesn’t apply to my model. Despite their website clearly indicating that it does (https://www.contact.nespresso.com/faq-3/th/en#2678): "We offer a 2 year warranty on all machines and Aeroccino. You will need to provide the proof of purchase.” I reach out to Nespresso to ask why their "2 year warranty on all machines" does not apply to my machine. I also asked why it not explained that my machine was not under warranty before I went through all of the troubleshooting and multiple phone calls. I asked why it was not explained that my machine was not repairable before I went through all of the troubleshooting and multiple phone calls. Finally, I asked what they were going to do to fix my problem. In response I received a form email, in which Nespresso was sorry my machine is not working to my satisfaction and inviting me to call their toll-free number to troubleshoot my machine. This is a terrible company. The coffee is delicious, but once my other working machine breaks, I’m done with them. And I encourage you to not start with them.

I like the ease of using the capsules and the coffee does taste better than brewed coffee; however their use of certain companies for delivery means that often your delivery takes more than a week, and this disappoints me!

Multiple problems with milk steamer...machine sent in several times...last few times no longer under warranty...did not come back, so did chat and was told it would be replaced as non repairable and please call the machine specialist to pick colour and confirm address. So....called as instructed and was told this would not happen and I would have $100 off a new $1000 machine ....yup....and there is no recourse, no one to email... Not sure why someone authorized it first and then offer was rescinded, and not impressed with the lack of follow up. Will explore other brands and give away my remaining pods.

If you like your coffee hot, the vertuo is not the maker for you. French press still has my vote

If you are going to be fairly exclusive and only sell your pods from your on-line distributor, then one would think the process would be streamlined. I have been waiting over a week for my order that was said to be 1-2 day shipping. My previous order I had to call to check on the status due to similar delays. Initially, there was a kiosk location that I could access nearby, but that has since closed down, so I am either stuck with an overpriced coffee maker or at the mercy of delayed coffee delivery.

My Nespresso Vertuo Machine works well along with the frother. My Issue is the Pods, and having to order on line or go to a Nespresso store that out of the way to line up and buy coffee, more often then not I'm pulling out the old coffee machine to make coffee because I ran out of PODS. For this reason alone I do not recommend buying the Vertuo Coffee Machine. Regards Mike.
