"Made an order several weeks ago that was lost or stolen or DPD. No one made contact with me or acknowledged the missing delivery. Chased them up and got a replacement. This was delivered quickly by DPD but was smashed up with 'SWAP IT' tape all over it. Nobody swapped it! \r\nI reported this to Nespresso who were quick to show concern and replace the order but they were also quick to point out liability rests me as we had agreed for it to be delivered to a 'safe place' on out property. It is safe and under CCTV. I can see the delivery was last smashed up by DPD (The new Yodel!) and that it remined safe and smashed up on my premises. \r\nFor Nespresso to explicitly imply that I'm liable for their couriers failure to preform their side of the contract is a despicable business practice. It has tarnished their reputation with me and forced me to inform them that all future deliveries must be handed to me personally and any imperfection in the appearance or packaging will cause the delivery to be refused. Two can play that game! DPD is doing a fine job of damaging Nespresso's brand reputation, but to double down on blaming the customer is beyond the pale."

"Avoid Nespresso Machines: Horrible Products and Even Worse Customer Service!\r\n\r\nI wish I could give Nespresso negative stars for the experience I\u2019ve had with their machines and customer service.\r\n\r\nLast year, my daughter bought us a Nespresso Vertuo machine. We already owned the Original Nespresso machine, but we were excited to try out the new Vertuo model. That excitement quickly turned into frustration. Within six months, the Vertuo machine broke down. What followed was the worst customer service experience I\u2019ve ever had.\r\n\r\nAfter more than seven calls and following every single troubleshooting instruction they provided, they finally agreed to replace the machine. But the replacement process was a nightmare in itself. It took a whole month to get the new machine. This kind of delay is simply unacceptable, especially for a brand that markets itself as premium.\r\n\r\nJust last week, our replacement Vertuo machine stopped working AGAIN. This was the final straw for me. I refuse to buy another Nespresso machine ever again. I decided to return all the unused Vertuo capsules to the store, only to be told they wouldn\u2019t accept them for exchange. Now, I\u2019m stuck with a broken machine and over 15 packs of useless Vertuo capsules.\r\n\r\nThis is not the experience you should have with any product, let alone a supposedly high-end brand. Nespresso\u2019s machines are unreliable, and their after-sales service is abysmal. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for your coffee needs. Nespresso has lost my trust, and I will never recommend their products to anyone."

"I ordered $284.77 of coffee pods in august of 2023 in order to get a free frother. The milk frother was guaranteed for a year. I started having trouble with my frother around a month ago. I contacted the technical support. The person told me my machine was not working and to send it in. I sent my frother in and when i got it back it said the the machine worked. I tried to froth my milk and it did NOT froth the milk. I called again and was told it was the whisk. They sent me a new whisk and it still did not work. I called in a third time and was told that it was due to poor maintenance, (I have cleaned it following all the instructions) and the they were willing to give me the same deal, to buy an obscene amount of pods to receive the frother for free. My frother was guaranteed till September. I guess the warranty is not guaranteed. I have been a loyal customer since 2020, and will start looking to another company for my coffee pods. They do not care about customer service! The report said the machine was working when in fact is was not not working! Check picture below, false report! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!"

The Vertuo Next machine leaked 3 times in the 15 coffees I made, covering the worktop and ruining cook books, Ive only had the machine under 4 days!!!!! I took pictures and presented to online support. Im not sure they looked at them as said had to cal technical support who then carried out a pointless video consultation and ran the coffee machine through basic tests. Of course it didn't leak as I highlighted it was sporadic. Anyway they wouldn't replace the machine or provide a refund and said if it happens again. Well Im not going to use it as it is not fit for purpose and not prepared to clean up the mess or risk anything else being damaged. Nespresso brand value is dropping. Please let me know if anyone would like to see the pictures of the faulty machine, happy to share."
