Customer service in Nespresso Trafford Centre was excellent. We were served by Bilal Sheikh who was very helpful and has a lovely cheerful manner.

Bought a Nespresso Pixie in 2013 and still operates perfectly. I make 4 capsules per day. In 2019 bouu is got an Essenza Mini and love it. I sold my Pixie to a friend who loves the Pixie and coffee. I convinced my brother to order a Nespresso Essenza he loves it so much and says Nespresso is the best coffee he has ever had. We both have Italian pump machines and no longer use them. Nespresso delivery is fast next day or two days after calling in order. My brother and I have now something in common. We both love a Nespresso!

I won a Nespresso Vertuo Next in a raffle at a fundraiser. After about 2 weeks, it stopped working. I had already purchased $60 worth of capsules, so I called Nespresso to get help. They were incredibly helpful! They did a video call with me and walked me through troubleshooting of the machine. We were able to get it working again but it leaked water everywhere, so they told me they would send a new machine for free to replace it. I had wasted a sleeve of capsules trying to get the machine to work, so I asked if they could send me replacements of those for free. They did! 4 days later, I have a new machine that works great and plenty of capsules. I am so impressed with Nespresso's customer service.

Hi , I called today to Inquire about descaling my machine and I had excellent help from Ayman. He was polite, patient, and very explicit about the procedures and steps to take in descaling my machine. He was amazing!!!!! I highly recommend him to anyone who needs help with their Nespresso machine. Thank you again Ayman He gets ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️From me

Amazing customer service at the Nespresso branch in Canary Wharf. The person who looked after me is called Suhel. He was great since the beginning and suggested me some of the best options to make the best cappuccino at home. He also showed me the last capsules and explaining me the different characteristics of each coffee I was interested in. Definitely 5 stars for Suhel :)

Very happy with my coffee machine. Just one question I recycle my pods all the time , I think you should think about some rewards for doing that .

I had a chat with an advisor on Live Chat and was satisfied that my query had been dealt with how I had asked. A couple of hours later, I received a call from another adviser (I believe a Team Leader) advising that my query hadn’t quite been dealt with properly and they talked me through what I needed to do. I was pleasantly surprised by their vigilance in making sure they provided the best customer service they could. I would have needed to contact them again in future and I would have probably been annoyed at this. They pre-empted and avoided this with one simple call

The first thing I think about when I wake up in the morning…. I’m obsessed!! Goodbye Starbucks!! Best cup of coffee! I just purchased one for my daughter who absolutely loves hers too! Can you open a Nespresso coffee shop please, right next to Starbucks!!! I’ll be your first employee!! Can’t live without this machine!! Im writing to say that when I visited the bluewater store last Saturday, I was served by a lovely young Assistant called Ben, who was extremely helpful and very patient as I was unsure about one of the flavours of coffee's, so he very kindly made me a coffee to try before buying which was lovely,considering it looked like they had closed that part down. Wonderful service and I must admit each time I've been into this store all the staff are very welcoming.

I have been drinking Nespresso for many years, but mostly during work, which involved a lot of international travel. It was the one thing we (my crew) relied upon for consistency and quality. When I retired 5 years ago I fell away from the habit, but just this month I picked it back up...and I am delighted. Not only have I converted my wife, but revitalized my tastebuds with exquisite espresso from Nespresso. My orders have been handled expeditiously and always come earlier than expected. The new customer welcome gift I received today is absolutely top shelf. And it arrived 5 days early! Customer service was an equally pleasant experience and I am officially BACK!!! Thanks, Nespresso :-)

I am just off the phone from nespresso as my aeroccino broke. The whole process was seamless, some straightforward questions asked and when the agent was friendly, helpful and once she could see that my purchase was beyond repair and under warranty a replacement was sent out - Top marks Nespresso!

I’ve been using Nespresso for 7 years and love the product and the company. Their customer service is excellent. I can reach a representative 24/7. They’re always helpful and they back up their product. Nothing but good things to say!

I had an order being delivered during a very rainy day, and the box got all wet and kinda disgusting where the delivery person left it. I called Costumer Service - I was very frustrated and angry - and they immediately re-sent the order, and it arrived in two days, and I didn't even had time to express my dissatisfaction because they were so good and kind with me. I just wanted to write that because I am not used to having such good costumer support.
