I've bought VICI City Commuter electric scooter. The delivery was meant to be within 5 days. I was waiting for 5 weeks. I've contacted them by the phone, which took me 2 hrs of listening to Beethoven which made my head become sore. Then they've sent mé the tracking, which means my order wasn't sent for 5 weeks! When finally got the item, after a few weeks back light stopped working, a other week or two later the rear wheel fender has broken. They said it's a good quality, I am laughing now when I am readings the lies they wrote on the product description. Very bad plastic, soon after I got my order I wasn't even able to carry the scooter on the stairs as the fender started to break. I would never order from that "shop" again. They suppose to finish the business. I had to fix the brake because it was crooked and squealed when braking. The screws with which the fender was screwed and the brakes also came out after the first attempt at repair

Spent £1200 on a dumbbell set, it has never shown up and all emails ignored It has to be a sham company. Luckily I purchased through my credit card so will have to make a claim.

Hopeless. Still waiting after 6 weeks of chasing for a refund having spent a further £15 posting the item back. No responses to emails and impossible to get through on the phone. Avoid!

Wish I had looked at the reviews first, £300 down, email saying item will be delivered, no item, no tracking number, no reply to emails, phone number is automated response saying they not answering enquiries via phone but to visit website and email an enquiry. Complete scam.

I've placed the order for £300. Had to wait 3-9 working days, nothing. I've sent an email, no answer. On The web it was said that it'll be there no later than 5th Jan. 2020. Still nothing. Live chat no working at all. I would never buy here again. I am going to go to the police with it. When I phoned them to ask where is my order, I was 18th in the queue, there was no point to wait to talk to them. Especially when I got more interested about that "shop" and read feedbacks. DO NOT ORDER THERE, YOUR ORDER WILL NEVER ARRIVE, NO CONTACT, NO MONEY BACK. IT'S ALL JUST A BIG LIE. I was waiting for a month for my order. No info about my order, no tracking (at least I didnt got any tracking no.) would never order here again.

This company obviously has issues! I am still waiting on my order almost a month now with no updates. Will file for chargeback if not received very soon.

Bought a hot tub that quit working after 3 months but still within warranty, 3 months later still waiting on customer service to get back to me to send a new one, can't call! Don't buy from this company. I would be happy to change this rating if customer service gets back to me with my replacement!

Appalling customer service, phone just engaged all the time and then they write to see you need to tell us within 30 mins if need to change your order. Don’t purchase anything from them.

Utter scammer! Beware-- you will lose all that you pay, and receive nothing for at least 12 months so far--the sad part is it appears to have a number of one-time purchasers around the world that keep it probably quite flush.

I ordered a basketball backstop in June. It is now October 30th and it still hasn't arrived!! The rim and net did, leading me to believe the backstop was still coming. Where is my order networked sports???

I am still waiting for resolution to a product purchased 10 months ago for a christmas present for a 9 year old. The 9 year old still has no christmas present, I haven't recieved a refund, and this company is impossible to get hold of. Their website actual says, please don't call. There is no stronger words I can use than, order at own risk - this is the very worst company I have ever dealt with. Ever. They once did get in contact with me to ask if I could remove a review if they gave me products for free. I advised I just wanted a refund for my original purchase that was faulty. No, sorry, we can't do that, we'll have sales call you to take a payment for the more expensive product option. We'll charge you a restocking fee of the original faulty product that you can't use, charge full price on the replacement product, and you'll have to accept the 2 delivery fees - one for the faulty product (PVC soccer goals that broke on first use) and one for the new, more expensive goals. Can't get in contact with anyone to express my dissatisfaction with this, or to find a resolution. I am down over $500 so far, and no product in my hands at all - as the broken/faulty product was returned 4 months ago. DO NOT BUY FROM NETWORLD SPORTS. THERE IS NO OPTION TO RESOLVE ANY AFTER SALES ISSUES. Networld's website messaging that has been in place since the beginning of covid. No change however to the ability to buy or order, just a removal of customer service: For all Customer Service enquiries – please use the form below. Please do not call us, we will be unable to take any calls at the present time, due to huge demand we are asking for all customer enquiries to come via email. Every product we have received (tennis rebounder, badminton net/racquets, pull-up bar, push-up board, workout mats) has arrived in a surprisingly timely fashion (and we live in Hawaii!), and has been very high-quality. We will gladly order again in the future. The only downside has been how busy customer service is during the pandemic, but it's understandable and your products have made our pandemic lockdowns bearable.

Would assume a website ending in .ca is a company located in Canada thus no duties. I was surprised to have it shipped from England and had to pay duties. Guess I'm stuck with the extra $20 surprise. On a positive, will say shipping was quick.

Great Garbo sports. The moment you look at their website it starts with a lie. This is that they have a telephone number, they don't ,the phones are all switched off. During the chaos of my order they actually rang me and my phone recorded a missed call. Guess what The missed call didn't record their number so you can't ring back. They want to be left alone. Do not order from this company, they want to be left alone.

I ordered a hot tub in early August and it was supposed to arrive within a couple of weeks. Heard absolutely nothing, tried phoning them and their call centre was closed due to Covid, I then emailed them but never heard a thing. I launched a dispute with Paypal, and fortunately got my money back as they couldn't even be bothered to reply to PayPal.

Placed £200 order mid June. Items are still showing in stock on website. No delivery, no phone line, no refund so far.
