“Ordered a hot tub in June and paid for it. It’s 11 Aug and we are still waiting. Phone lines are switched off. Generic emails are sent promising it will be dispatched soon. Still waiting. Worst service I’ve ever experienced. If it’s not here in next few days I am cancelling it and will report them to Trading Standards.”

“We ordered a 12×6 goal, fantastic product and price. We paid for next day delivery but it took a few days to arrive. I contacted them and they refunded the delivery cost without me even asking. Fantastic customer service, highly recommend them”

“I haven't heard from anyone in regards to my order. It's been 12 days now and I was told that I would get a tracking email a few days after I ordered, this hasn't happened. I am now anxious after reading these reviews. Please could you advise how I can get incontact with someone about this?”

“BUYER BEWARE – STICK TO A REPUTABLE COMPANY – THIS IS A SCAM My advice – go and buy from a reputable company as these cowboys are nothing short of a complete scam. They will take your money in an instant and then will never have any intention of delivering your order. DO NOT take any notice of the product delivery times on their website – IT’S COMPLETE B0LL0X. If you want a more realistic timescale then add a good month or 2 to what they say – and keep your FINGERS CROSSED that you may actually receive your order !!! If for some crazy reason you do decide to buy from them, then you must have a sadistic liking for being completely ignored and constantly in the dark. Please DO NOT expect any communications from them. DON’T bother ringing as they do not answer. DON’T bother emailing they will not respond. On the topic of refunds (again, if you manage to get one) they will not be in any rush to give you your money back. They take your money in an instant, hang on to it for a month or two, then issue a refund which miraculously take 10 days to be returned to you. My final recommendation is that you would be better off, emotionally and physically, if you left your house, walked into the street and took the money you were going to spend with these clowns, and just POPPED IT DOWN A DRAIN. Please read below for more RAVING reviews from other people that have been CONNED”

“Stay away from this company. Very worst cutomer experiance. I ordered mine in June 2020 month. This is August now still waiting for my product. Sent few times email asking status. Every time same response "order will be dispatched today" but never happened. Finally asked for cancelation and refund, but no response yet. Very disappointed. They are taking advantage with Covid situtation.i didnt know this company is in UK. They have two version of website one for US and one for UK. I wouldn't have ordered i would have known earlier. The US website shows prices in dollar.”

“I ordered a Forza football goal and within a few weeks one of the posts has broken. Emailed their customer services to complain and I still haven’t had a response in a week. The post is very dangerous as I have Childrens and a dog who could be injured by the sharp plastic which is sticking out.”

“Ordered a batting cage that was supposed to ship within days of the order. Received confirmation email but no shipping update/email. They aren’t taking calls and still haven’t responded to my email seeking info. Don’t waste your time or money. My 4 boys that chipped in on a batting cage are VERY disappointed. POOR SERVICE”

“No show on product ordered 24 May, for delivery 22nd June. No communication, and no response to enquiry made 10 days ago, despite website clearly stating item has been in stock since 26th June and available for delivery. (Now 6th July) Upset daughter still waiting for her birthday present. Wish I'd read the reviews earlier.”

“Received what appears to be a used basketball net today. Cracked and scratched, pieces missing and the box was cut opened and taped shut. Lodged my complaint using their online system (overwhelmed with complaints and not answering their telephone anymore) but given what I am reading here I’m gonna have to get my credit card company involved.”

“I ordered a 20x30 golf net for an impulse practice area in my barn. I placed my orderJune 28th. Please understand I didn’t realize this company was in Wales. So I wasn’t sure if this was a scam or not. Trust me they are the real deal. I received notification on Wednesday July 1st may netting was on its way. I chose regular ground delivery, I tracked it threw FedEx tracking. To my surprise my net made it from Wales to Mechanicsburg, Ohio by 2:30 Friday July 3rd. I not going to lie I expected it to take least two weeks. I wish some of the US companies could get my product this quick.”

“My order was placed on June 24. I paid by Visa. I received an order confirmation indicating a reference which the tracking system used by the courrier does not recognise. I cannot follow up on my order. I complained by mail and received an automatic reply indicating my mail was received bur no answer to my question. As of to day (June 29) I have not received either an answer nor the delivery.”

“Exceptionally slow to respond to emails and phone calls never get answered. Returned items to them without even opening the packaging/boxes and they had the audacity to charge at 25% repackaging fee!! Disgraceful.”
