I have not been able to access Netflix on my TV for 4 days. When I have spoken with tech support and given them the error codes all they say is that the technicians are working on the problem and they will send me an email when it's fixed. 4 days - ridiculous that it takes that long to solve this problem!

NETFLIX HAS ZERO CUSTMER CARE AND ZERO COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE BE WARNED! 11/29/22 Netflix HAS BEEN TAKING 2 AND 3 PAYMENTS A MONTH FROM MY CARD FOR LAST YEAR AND IS REFUSING TO REFUND ALL OVER PAYMENTS TAKEN WITHOUT MY CONSENT. IF HAS HAPPENED TO YOUR REPORT TO THE BANK AND POLICE Tip for consumers: Search google reviews you will see trip advisor has %50 negative reviews as well as many newspapers have had campaigns fighting to retrieve customers' refunds that NETFLIX refuses to give By making complaints with Police and government bodies in your country it will bring to highlight what this company is doing and how dishonest they are NETFLIX also have lots of social media presence so make sure to let the world know how they treated you to warn other Products used: I had a NETFLIX account while I was supporting during the Ukraine war I was not using NETFLIX for most of the war. When i come out ai looked at my bank account to see NETFLIX had taken 2 and 3 payments a month for over a year Live chat they informed they have NO complaints procedure and No contact details where you can send a complaint They have a policy of only offering max 6 payment refund even when they can see accounts was not used and that they had taken multiple debts with out my consent I have made a complaint to the Police in the USA and UK and all government bodies and will take NETFLIX to court for a FULL REFUND All Netflix repeatedly say is to ask your bank for a refund for the money NETFLIX has taken with out6 consent As I am not in the UK at the moment doing this through my bank will mean they cancel my debit card and send out a new one to my UK address I am shocked such a big company could do this

Netflix is a SCAM. They withdraw money from a previous closed acct. WITHOUT permission and then refuse to refund. They came up with EVERY excuse as to why they were not allowed to refund more than 1 month's worth. Foreigners are screwing Americans

Movies and Shows on Netflix before 1999 are fairly normal. Everything after 1999 is filled with every Disgusting Unmoral Degenerate Freak that they could put in (Gay, Lesbian, Non-Binary, Face Tattooed, Nose/Eyebrow/Tongue Pierced Circus Side Show Freak). I have never seen so much Trash in one place in my life. Cannot tell you how many Shows and Movies that looked Great and we started watching, only to turn off after seeing the Disgusting people that were cast in these Shows and Movies. Netflix must think that 80% of America is filled with Degenerates…Definitely not anything that you would want your Children to Watch !!!

I’m so mad if you get rid of vampire diaries I’m going to die! Please don’t do this to me! I’m in season 5 and will NOT be done before September3rd! I need u too keep it longer or I will not be okay! Vampire diaries is my life! U need to not ruin my life! This review is very important and I will cancel my Netflix if u get rid of it! Don’t do this to me. You will shatter my heart! 😭💔💔 PLEASE I SAID PLEASE DONT THINK ABOUT GETTING RID of the best show on Netflix u will loose customers for this ! If you ring netflix customer service an idiom is apparently trained to talk over you until you hang up. If you use their chat another idiot is trained to make you repeat yourself until you give up. Good call netflix, I'll gladly support any or all of your competitors. Amazon, rot instance has outstanding customer service. I'll never use netflix again and will throw a party when they go down the plughole.

My gift card was good til the 35th of a month but Netflix put a hold on it for the 18th until I renewed with a new gift card or credit card. I chose not to renew snd lost several day!! Cheated!! Customer service confirmed the dates but didn't help. Cheated!!

I have to say I have become rather disappointed with Netflix over the past year. Especially with the hike of their subscription cost recently as well as the added choice to stop creating/continue decent domestic content as well as international simultaneously. Instead Netflix has decided to cancel discontinue some domestic shows/content in lieu of more international content only. A great example is the decision to drop the show Mindhunters. Honestly they could’ve continued this show and kept it for the U.S. subscribers while still producing international content for those subscribers outside the U.S. Don’t get me wrong I do enjoy many of the international content as well. I just feel that the increase in their subscription cost isn’t justifiable to me when they are dropping content rather than properly using the increase to continue providing decent shows while at the same time adding these additional options. Anyways Netflix has lost its edge I wouldn’t be disappointed if the company eventually goes under as Blockbuster did during the 2000’s and and early 2010’s.

Once, Netflix led the way in Western entertainment, but as of late, almost all of their new content is made for international audiences. It is no wonder that their stock took a 25% shave and they are losing subscribers to their growing competitors. Raising its prices to make up for the inevitable decline. Like AOL in the 90's, Netflix will be relegated to the past. Good riddance

Very trashy. I quit after they streamed the blasphemous movie in Brazil. Two million others singed a petition on this and they pulled it but gave no apology. If you are a Christian, chose a better alternative.

My account got hacked and I got kicked off it. When I contacted Netflix the only thing they were willing to do was updated username and told me no information from the hacker could be shared.

Netflix trying to grab an extra $5 to watch on 2 devices in the same house at once. Shame on you. I CANCELLED my account immediately, I have no respect for thia kind of greed when it comes to loyal long term customers.

1 STAR. Netflix is horrendously bad compared to what it could have been. I've canceled due to the fact that i get red in the face just trying to find something to watch, and almost always shut netflix back off before even finding something that makes sense. But i normally get around to trying about 5 different options that end up being a cruddy dubbed over movie/tv series from another part of the world with a title that's been translated to english, so to waste more of my time. Atleast give us the option to not see that garbage. What ever happened to the rating system? What is this %match junk? I'm a 27 year old man and my choices reflect what most men my age generally watch. But somehow i get a 96% match on a princess diana docuseries??? Netflix is a joke. Way to get movie series' but only half the movies in said series. Or a good tv series but skip season 1 hahaha way to just start at series 2... good job.... oh and cut it with your libtard agenda. I can think for myself. Enough said.

Started out at £5.99 had a tech issue that they supposedly helped me with last March had to reinstall it didn't notice on bank states that they had increased the price to £11.99 just received an email saying they want to charge me £13.99 I called there no help line and its a big we got your money and that's it scenario so I've now cancelled it

Bad movie selection. I could not find 3 programs that I would consider watching and I surfed every category. Most movies are R rated and have content that I don't agree with. Be nice to have old classics where there was not a focus on violence, revenge, profanity, and immorality.

for ;highbrow' people who have lots of time and nothing else to do, to talk about the 'new' netflix movies they watched. if this isn't you, then its its a 'feeling' or loneliness and determination for a single aim, that will need to be explained to you. basically a live moving painting and a work of 'art'. should you watch it - no - not unless you are happy to watch in in ten mins by forwarding it and watching 30 sec clips. it is cack. not all paintings are worth looking at!

I spoke with a customer support specialist today about a year long issue and was told that it was basically my fault for thinking that the previous Netflix customer service representative did their job. I called in a year ago to let them know that I suspected fraud and was told either change your password or cancel the account and open a new account. I chose to cancel the account and open a new account with payment through another source. Fast forward a year. They have been billing me through two accounts and told me since I didn't finish the cancellation process, I was just paying for someone to watch Netflix for free, for a year. Question: If you already suspected fraud on your account, would you be willing to give anyone your account number? Well, because I didn't do that and trusted that the customer support person would cancel my account. I have paid almost $200 for a hacker to have free Netflix for a year. That's not the icing on the cake. Then, the representative from today says, "By the way, there is no way someone can get your information to get into your account." Yeah, right. She clearly told me that the account was being used and that the user was in another country. Yeah, I don't have friends in Asia Boo! It gets better! They told me that they could only reimburse me for one of the twelve months. Buyer beware! Hopefully, your account never gets hacked! It is more common than Netflix leads people to believe.....
