Not very happy as I had to pay to return item Iam a lady in my sixtys and I could not get my returns label printed so that’s why I had to pay .there era a lot of people like me which would rather have return labels with items .

Ordering was very easy and the item arrived on time which was all dandy however I purchased this item as a present Swarovski Phone Case and it had been opened as the sticker on the seal on the side was broken and had a hair in the box. Not what I expected for a pricey phone case like this... was a birthday present so I was embarrassed it looked used but I made my excuses.

was very disappointed with my bear being chucked in a plastic bag and sent. A £60 bear should not be sent like that. you have now redeemed yourselves by sending me a box after requesting that you sent me one! I will think twice before I by anougher bear from you though.

Had to walk to a post office to collect ..I do object when I have paid. Royal mail do not have a phone to call .site manager number on the main door. Who signs for all parcels .First time this has happened in 10 years . Maybe use another carrier

Sent item to wrong address so item returned to them had to wait for rede livery.long time waiting for product to become available poor communication

The boots delivered were not the boots which I had ordered, the incorrect boots were sent to me in error. I had to go to the trouble of packaging them all up, getting a return label printed, and take them to a post office, all inconvenience, at no fault of my own. You need to ask the pickers to put care into what they send.

I liked the look of those shoes but they were too stiff they cutting into the back of your ankles and the stones on the top not sure if the glue is strong enought to hold in place the shiny stones.I decided to send them back.

The service was prompt but quality of packaging poor.if it wasnt for the tag on the shirt it looks like its been washed and ironed..it looks like a returned product..no packaging no collar support ..to be honest was meant to be a christmas present but i feel it a little embarressed to wrap it up so gave it to my husband now.not exactly a cheap product.Not the normal standard of product compared to other companies i bought barbour products from.

Very disappointed in your returns policy. Shoes were wrong size I asked for an exchange but was informed that I would have to pay return postage. This was not made clear at time of ordering. This is not stated on website or on returns slip. As there was no gaurantee that the next size would fit I had no choice but to ask for a refund at my expense. Please make this clear to customers that free returns are not provided. Very disappointed as I like the product and was happy with the purchase.

Ordered item I wanted as per the picture on the website. Delivery was prompt although due to being with DPD I had to change the delivery to a local shop which was not as convenient. When I received the item it was not the item I had ordered, very annoying as it was meant as a Christmas present. Sent an e:mail to this effect the same day but have not received a reply. Have sent the item back at my expense even though the error was not mine. Very bad customer service post purchase.

On right inside pocket thread had come loose so hand goes all the way through. Otherwise good price.

Was given to DPD and they lost the watch which was the only one left, I had to phone Nicholls three times to find out what was happening about the watch and was told that DPD had lost it along with some other things so in the end I asked for my money back which the lady I was speaking to said that she would have to ask her manager to see if I could have my money back I bought it from Nicholls and its you who had to sort it and refund my money not DPD, what has upset me most is it was a present for my daughters 40th birthday and leaves out in New Zealand, I didn't think it was handled very well.

I ordered a navy coloured women's Barbour jacket however when it arrived it was a lighter shade of blue than I had expected and not what I had wanted ??

Hello - I am actually glaf to have been given this opportunity to give feedback. I bought a box of three pairs of Crown Joules trunks from you as a Christmas gift for my partner. They arrived in a poor state. The packaging itself was good - no complaints there - but the box chosen for dispatch was already battered and had very scuffed corners to begin with, so no amount of good packaging would have made a difference. I am not the sort of person to make a big deal of such things - it was jus a disappointing shame, and that's as far as I would go. I would think twice before ordering again. Kind regards, Emma

Shoes were of good quality, but did not fit. The delivery service was shockingly poor and next day took a week to deliver. It was free, but the item cost £140 , so should be, but the hassle of trying to get the goods to my home was very stressful and involved a number of phone calls to the courier company, discussions with neighbours and constant changes of delivery destination and dates, I have never know anything like it! Then I had to pay £11 to return the good , very unhappy customer !
