“Box came by UPS and looked like a forklift had run through the side of the outer box. The inner box was punctured also but in examining the pouches inside, they were all intact as shipped. The pouch package must be very tough and held up where cardboard did not. Customer service was very good and offered to replace box but was told since pouches were intact to never mind. Only complaint I have is I ordered on March 6th and did not arrive until March 14. UPS was very slow and very clumsy.”

“Ordered the tactical suture kit. Arrived well packed. Kit came as advertised. Quality of the instruments and sutures look good. Pack is a roll out type with a place for all the included items. We got this for a BOB for our truck. Hope we never need it. Kit is well laid out with a strong Velcro closure. Note that this is NOT a sterile kit. Thats on you. We carry 91% alcohol and Betadine anyway, so not a problem. Good kit for the price.”
“Probably the customer service rep I communicated with has corrected notified you about this, but under your specifics you had the weight of the MH packs listed as in ounces when it was in lbs. The numbers should match the units, and I would go with ounces. The reason I needed this is that the bows you had in the images covered up the net ounces for a few of the choices.”
