“This seller is a scam. Orders are just transmitted to China for shipment from junk suppliers in China and will take weeks to arrive, if ever. Their site is designed only to sucker first-time customers into placing and order. No one would ever order from them a second time. No mention is made of how long delivery will take or where it is coming from. They have a fake support "chat" that no one answers, except a robo-email the next day. You cannot contact them for real communication. Probably a one-person operation. Total scam, do not order from them.”

“I placed an order for 2 egg cookers on August 30th. I never received confirmation of shipping. I contacted them on September 22nd. They claimed the item was shipped (the website still said 'packing') but that the shipper lost it. They promised they were going to process a new shipment and send a tracking number. As of September 30th, I have received no tracking number, no shipping confirmation, and no product. I should have looked up reviews before I ordered.”
