If I could give it a ZERO/ no star I would . Please Please if you are reading this review I beg you not to deal this company don't waste your money . I regret not reading the reviews earlier as to stay clear of NB . They do not have any numbers to call except sending a message and they don't respond . My issue is that shows payment for my order has failed but yet money has been deducted form my credit card. STAY AWAY . STAY AWAY.

If I could leave zero stars I would.....I live in Hawaii and ordered a pair of shoes as a holiday gift for my husband. I thought ordering Thanksgiving weekend would be enough shipping time, but it wasn't. Apparently, they walk the package from their warehouse to CA and then load it on a month-long journey across the ocean. EVERYTHING ships faster here than they do! Yet when I inquired why my package hasn't arrived they told me to take a "gander" at their shipping policy which states that it could take 3 weeks to ship to Hawaii---that would have still been plenty of time when I ordered, but it still didn't arrive. So disappointed that they chose not to rush me a new package or try to make it right. It took days for me to get responses from them and my location was always the reason for their failure. I will never order here again.

They are crooks. There is no phone number to talk to a person (the first warning) I ordered over $300 worth of items I never received yet they charged my credit card!!@ do not order from them run run run!!!

They failed to ship my order, after the escalation and a few days of constant reminders just cancelled it. Never experienced the worst communication and attitude. Never again:(

Do not purchase from this company. I made a mistake while making a purchase ( I understand that the mistake is on me) but they are unable to make ANY changes to your order once made. Including canceling your order. I work in Ecommerce and I find this ridiculous. I manage several sites utilizing the same platform they are and know how easy it is to make those changes. I will never purchase from this company again based on the customer service they have provided. They also send you a message saying that one of 'their rockstars" are working on responding to your request, but all of their responses are canned robotic responses.

My shoes fell apart after 5 workouts at home. I would not recommend these to anyone. I wasted my money.

Scam company. 1 month waitning, still no shoes. They send and manufactur directly from China both taking high transit fees and still want you to pay tull

SCAM ALERT !!! Ordered a pair of shoes, two months later, no shoes arrived. Nobullau said the shoes are lost in transit and they can not get them back and they will refund 50%. I never received a shipping traking number. DO NOT BUY from them, they refuse to pay the full amount. Worst Company to deal with

I received a pair of NoBull shoes end of July and after just a couple weeks there was an area of the shoelace that came unglued. I returned it, got a new pair, and now, again after only a few weeks, the same part has come unglued. I tried to chat the other day but the chat kept disconnecting. All they did was send me a return slip, stating I have to again, return the shoes to then get a 3rd pair. I do not have the time to keep returning and then waiting on another pair. I thought they were suppose to be great shoes and thought I just got a bad pair, but its obviously a shoe issue. They are unwilling to work with me and just keep saying you just have to return and wait. Never again will I order NoBull.

DO NOT TRY. DISAPPOINTING POOR SERVICE / DONT REALLY CARE FOR CUSTOMERS. Customers don't grow on trees, and in the shoe manufacturing landscape, there are so many options, that this company should really do something about their internal processes and track so much better. If the manufacturing of this product is any close to their "delivery" well, I predict the product will not be going very far. Please have in mind, that this is an e-commerce company, so delivery is a BIG part of their business, or at least it should. Purchased the product Aug 27, and received an email it would be delivered within the next 24-48 hours. After this, I received 6 different estimates for delivery. No contact by Brand or customer service to apologize or provide any explanation at all about the reason behind the delays. BTW we have a conversation initiated by me now but still have NO explanation. It's been almost 15 days now and still waiting. All updates indicate next-day delivery and around 6 pm, changes to the next day, 6 times in a row. Contacted the brand and had to pull out of their text messages an apology but that is all you will get from this company. At this point they say can't make a refund, and the product has been called to be returned, so I'm left with no product, never saw them, and no refund.

The shoes look great. But when I ordered them, their size 12 seems smaller than other manufacturers. When I went to return them, as per their advertised “free returns” policy, they told me this is only for US customers, despite the fact that they were advertising in Australia. This company blatantly lied, and they should not be trusted.

What a company. Ordered a pair of shoes for my wife and realized that wrong shoe was ordered. Reached out to them 4 hours later to cancel order. Their response was we can not cancel your order once placed. Whaaaaaaat?? What kind of unswer is it? It stil goes back and fourth with them. One thing i learned. I will never buy their product. No Bull doesn’t not stand behind there products. Logo s fall off, Running shows come apart. Stay away from this company. Return policy is one side for ten benefit of the company. Also they won’t even call you or provide a phone number. Email return at their leisure.

Terrible customer service. You can’t call anyone … I wait a full day or 2 for an email or text response the. They act like they don’t care. I hope I get my order … it’s been 10 days!!! Shame for whoever own this business. Every business - especially a private business like this NEED all the business they can get. I will not be one of their customers for sure.

Ordered a product and immediately recognized I had the wrong shipping address. The communication for customer service is through text or email. I texted and immediately received a response stating that the order could not be changed once placed. There is no way that within 5 min of an order placement they cannot change the order in any way. I sent a few additional texts to see if there was any way around this, but nobody responded. If you can’t change simple and timely order information, you probably shouldn’t be in business. I do not care how good these shoes are, they will be my last pair.

What a ripoff! I paid for a digital gift card - never received it after three attempts with customer service. They said they would refund, but I am still waiting. Terrible service! Don't buy from them.

My shoes were sent to my old address somehow, I caught it right away and found out there is no customer service representative that I could talk to change it to my new one. I tried to email them to change the delivery to the correct one, but claimed there was nothing they could do because it was already shipped by UPS. That was not true because I when I contacted UPS they said that No bull had never created a shipping label yet and they didn't posses the package. Maybe they could change their name to All Bull! They couldn't even tell me that the final delivery would be made by USPS and that's who I needed to talk to. Never again no bull because you have zero customer service support and you are full of bull💩
