“When you buy the shoes, you receive an email that states: ORDERS SHIP WITHIN 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS. 2 weeks later and my shoes have not shipped. I emailed the company 3 times and have asked to get a refund.
They email back saying they can't refund orders.
DO NOT PURCHASE ANY SHOES FROM THIS COMPANY.”

“We ordered a pair a running shoes that we didn't love upon receipt. We returned them from NY on October 28th, 2021. They show received at NoBull's return warehouse in MA on November 15th. As of December 2nd, they still have not issued a refund to the credit card that we used to purchase the shoes with. I emailed their customer service department two requesting status, but still no response. Customers should not have to wait five weeks for a refund, nor work hard to get that refund.”
“With the utmost respect garbage. I have ordered four pairs of shoes total. I ordered a pair of Runners, they tore within the first week. The 2nd pair tour within a month. The knits lasted a bit longer but they tore as well. They are not meant for a agailty work. Somthing as simple as a suicide sprints on the basketball court... The trainers are solid! Best weightlifting shoe I've ever had, but the rest are not up to point.”

They could exchange them for a pair of equal value. However, they don’t have any product available in my size. They’re second option was a 20% refund. Sounds better than nothing, right? I asked them to issued the refund to the card on file. “I'm so glad I'm not the only one. They need to stop spending so much on design, promotion and advertising and spend on quality. Shoes felt cheap even though they cost $150. They ripped...actually ripped never had this happen before.”
“These shoes are simply not worth the money. The performance is not as good at nano's or metcons. They just aren't as good. They get floppy and unsupported quickly if you actually use them to workout. They say "no frills" but keep making more frills and no updated design.”

I was so unbelievably hot during my hiit workout I had to stop and change them. Then I tried wearing them to work and not only was I insanely hot and had to keep sneaking them off but they were so hard and stiff they have no give at all and they creased on top of the toe after just one wear. “If I could zero I would. Shoes arw not well made, glue all over the join between the shoe and sole. I tried to return them, but website would not recognise a zip code outside US. After emailing customer service on 4 separate occasions, I received no response. Do not shop at No Bull, its a scam”
“Their system changed my shipping address and as soon I got the confirmation and saw the error I messaged them to change it ASAP and they said they couldn’t do anything. Then I said I just want a refund, then they said the item is shipped already so they can’t do that either. They told me to wait couple weeks until the item is delivered and sent back but I wouldn’t even know if it gets sent back since it is the wrong address who knows that person will send it back and if I would get my refund or shoes. I definitely don’t care about getting shoes anymore, I just want my money back.”
“does not hold up well, but you wouldn't know because they are always coming up with new styles customers buy before they could wear out. I have a pair of the trainer's Heathe black.... very hard material and fabric near shoelace is coming undone. My spring blue trainers got a hole in the right toe frabic after 8 months. Horrible for running. My swirls are barely used so they still look new. Going back to reebok trainers. Mess Nanos 4.0 :(”
