The knits lasted a bit longer but they tore as well. They are not meant for a agailty work. Somthing as simple as a suicide sprints on the basketball court... The trainers are solid! Best weightlifting shoe I've ever had, but the rest are not up to point.”

They could exchange them for a pair of equal value. However, they don’t have any product available in my size. They’re second option was a 20% refund. Sounds better than nothing, right? “Their system changed my shipping address and as soon I got the confirmation and saw the error I messaged them to change it ASAP and they said they couldn’t do anything. Then I said I just want a refund, then they said the item is shipped already so they can’t do that either. They told me to wait couple weeks until the item is delivered and sent back but I wouldn’t even know if it gets sent back since it is the wrong address who knows that person will send it back and if I would get my refund or shoes. I definitely don’t care about getting shoes anymore, I just want my money back.”
“does not hold up well, but you wouldn't know because they are always coming up with new styles customers buy before they could wear out. I have a pair of the trainer's Heathe black.... very hard material and fabric near shoelace is coming undone. My spring blue trainers got a hole in the right toe frabic after 8 months. Horrible for running. My swirls are barely used so they still look new. Going back to reebok trainers. Mess Nanos 4.0 :(”
“Literally the shittiest customer service possible. I ordered and paid for shoes for a gift for my husband. They never arrived. I contacted customer service and it took weeks to get a response and I was told to wait while they “investigated.” Over a week later they asked for an alternate shipping address (I have no clue why, but I provided one) and then days later I was told the product was out of stock. I’ve just ordered my first set of shoes as I got to know you form equinox my gym in london. I received the wrong size as the website is very deceiving on sizes. I emailed customer service 5 times before getting any answer.
To know that I have to pay 50 pounds to return the shoes because of a design fault in your website for 130 pounds shoes is unimaginable.
I then go to write a review for NOBULL to find that MOST UK CLIENTS had exactly the same experience. Do you care at all????

Their international shipping to Europe sucks, DHL Global Mail does not properly connect with the EU: they stop owning the package once on EU soil. Thy refuse to hand it over to a continental shippper. They refuse to refund. Terrible.”
