Even with this challenge, our team has been working tirelessly to get your much-needed gears ship as soon as possible. As soon as your order is picked up from our warehouse, we will send you another email which will include your tracking number, the courier used and a link to allow you track your order online at all times. Feel free to reach out if there is anything else we can be of assistance with!
So it will be over 2 weeks to ship and who knows how long before they are delivered. Unhappy at the lack of proactive (I had to contact them) communication as well as the misleading advertising.”
“Like many of the other reviews here, I fell victim to awful customer service. I've purchased from Nobull many times in the past as I love the product quality. Unfortunately their customer support has taken a nosedive over the past year. I 2 outstanding orders that have not been fulfilled and am now having to work with my bank to do a chargeback because their absolutely awful customer service does not even respond. I will no longer be a customer.”

“the shows are great do not get me wrong how ever the exchange/ replacement of damaged shoes is horrible i place a second order i the beginning 2019 did not get them on the mail I contact the company (text or email only no human response) they told me that the shoes where placed inside the mail box, my mailbox is too small for a box of shoes, they said that they would begin an investigation to see what happened to the shoes but a new set of shoes will be order and the representative told me they will mail them by friday 4 days from when i contacted them, I asked about the exchanged of a damaged pair of shoes I send them the picture and the representative send me the return form and he explained that once the shoes get to the warehouse they will inspect them and them it mail a new pair back to me sonI packed the shoes and mail them the same day of the conversation 2/22/2021. i have tried to reach out to someone every week about this they love to respond at 12:02am after
midnight and they claim not to have a robot response hmm very shady. It is now 3/22/2021 and i got a response at 12:28am to let me know that it will be shipped by the end of this week due to the warehouse being busy, really they had my money and the shoes for over 3 months this is a joke and i have pictures of the chats and emails that support that they are NOT CUSTOMER DRIVEN THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. My wife wants this stupid shoes and i would continue this battle with nobull but to me this is a bulls....t company and i will continue to tell my friends not to even try this brand as they are only money driven with just the amount of time that i have spend in chats emails i have paid 5 times for the shoes of I bill them for my time this is not counting the frustration and the disappointment to my wife that is priceless and Iam making it up to her and she is trying the old and reliable brands Adidas, Nike and Under Harmor.”

I had a bad experience with a purchase on the website, when taking this to the website chat, the attendant Elnora simply left the conversation. Train your attendants and delivery logistics better, because I waited 9 days for delivery and when asking for clarification I just received an email that my order was canceled due to lack of product, after 9 days. Absurd”
“If I could give zero stars, I would have. I need to return items from my recent order and have emailed 5 times without any response what so ever. However the company have sent a few emails asking to review the items I ordered but they won't reply to a genuine enquiry! The worst customer service ever as it is non existent. Over priced products and lack of communication!!!”

It took more weeks to get any response when I emailed. (Phone calls just tell you to email). But they still haven't refunded my $54.99 after back and forth emails since 1/24/21. “So disappointed! I ordered the wrong size by mistake and returned at my expense from the UK. The company received them 13th January. It is now the 31st january and no refund. Gutted as love the trainers and have several pairs. As a result of poor customer service I will never use this company. I haven’t even had an apology.”

“For their price point, their shipping is atrocious. You can order from Lululemon, Nike, Born Primitive (small company) and Violate the Dress Code (also small) and get it 10 times faster than NoBull. This is not just a pandemic issue. Last year I received a gift card for Christmas...was first time ordering from them. First, you cannot exchange on a return...if you get something and don't like it...you can only exchange it for a different size...OR return it and then wait for a credit (which for their shipping takes about 2 weeks). THEN you have to contact them and request a new coupon code to use the return credit and place an entire new order. Christmas 2019 gift card took me until March 2020 to actually get shoes that fit properly (sizing is not true to size). However, I LOVE the shoes and decided to try again this year. With their return and exchange and shipping times, it's really not worth the effort anymore. It took over 2 weeks to receive the package...wanted to exchange and have to return and wait for the credit again. I'll get new shoes.in February or March now. They really need to up their shipping/exchange game. Will not bother with them again until they do. No stores to return to and you are stuck in a waiting game for 6 to 8 weeks if you need an exchange.”

I tried to change the shipping address long before they shipped to our home so that my son going back to college from Xmas break could receive them on campus since the shipping time was so long and they wouldn’t make it to the house before leaving for college.
