“Seems like NOBULL is running a scam. I (like many others I've heard from) placed an order and was surprised it would take almost 2 weeks for my product to arrive... It's 2020 and I've become accustomed to getting my stuff fast. I decided to place the order anyway because I really wanted to try this product. After 10 days my order arrived. I was saddened to realize that the wrong shoes in the wrong size were sent to me. This was definitely not what I ordered. I didn't fret and went to the website to get their phone number... OOOPS... They don't take phone calls. My options were email or chat. I sent and email explaining the situation fully expecting that I'd get a prompt reply offering to overnight me the right stuff... WRONG AGAIN. I never got a reply. I tried email again.... After 3 days still no reply. I tried CHAT... it took 20 minutes to get a CHAT AGENT online. I explained my situation... Not even an apology was offered but they said they would email me a return label... 4 days later STILL no return label so I get on CHAT again. After another wasted 20 minutes I had a USPS return label and scurried off to the post office to return these things. I tracked the return and saw that they made it back to NOBULL who confirmed that they had received my return. Then I'm told that returns take 7 to 10 business days to process!!!! I'm now out $150 for almost a month. I wait patiently for 10 days and then CHAT NOBULL again. I'm now getting very tired of wasting my time but was given the run around on chat by their rep who told me the refund is being processed. After 10 more days and STILL NO REFUND. I called my bank and charged it back and never heard from NOBULL again. This is an incredibly slimy company. Stay away.”

“I ordered (and paid for) two pairs of Nobull trainers and a duffle bag. My total spend was close to $500. I received a confirmation of the order and that they were shipped. I then received notification they were delivered- on the day I received someone else’s order.
I contacted Nobull and they told me that they didn’t know where my stuff was, and that they would not send me a replacement order until I sent them back the things they sent me in error. Keep in mind that they have had my $500 for almost a week.
I cannot believe how poor this customer service experience has been.”
“This company is absolute garbage. My wife wanted some stuff for Mother’s Day so I ordered it. The items were guaranteed delivery by Mother’s Day. I wait 10 days which is then 6 days before Mother’s Day and try to track them and I can’t. So I contact customer service and am told they hadn’t shipped yet due to having a “skeleton crew” and they would take 4-7 business days to get to me. Obviously that means they won’t be here by Mother’s Day. She assured me they will ship within 24 hours and I can track them then. 3 days later I still can’t track them, they haven’t shipped and Mother’s Day is in 3 days. Can’t get in touch with the crappy customer service either. Scam. Do not order.”
“Worst customer service ever. They say that orders will ship on certain day and when you follow up 10 days after that they tell you that they have been processed and that they don’t do cancelled orders or returns until the shoes are delivered. I have had a pair of these before and they didn’t last long at all, after people convinced me to order another pair I have been now waiting for 10 days for my order to be shipped. The rep tells me that they have been released to the shipper and they will provide a tracking number, which is even more confusing because how does an order get shipped without a label?”

I tried to get an RMA, after a day and a half of emailing, texting, calling etc, they never gave me an RMA. So I send them back on my nickel via FEDEX trying to get the correct size. “I really loved these shoes initially and bought 5 pairs. All of them are the fabric types and all of them have rips. The quality of these are not good and barely last a month or two of use. I won’t be ordering again.”

I got the ripstop running shoes, they’re quite good looking shoes. The performance is good... for one or two uses. The durability of the shoe is laughable considering how expensive they are. I went on one 4 mile run and found a hole in the fabric the next day. I went on a quick 1 mile run And found the hole to be even larger. I can’t speak on the quality of their other products, but this experience has discouraged me from trying them.”

I believe its absurd of what they look just two months of use in enclosed areas such as a gym.She has about 4 other pairs of asics and some that are about one or two years old that are in better shape as the NoBull shoes.”

This a startup company who is definitely penny pinching every dime in order to stay afloat, even if it means losing customers. Shoes look good but cane with a hole in fabric, and laces fray due to poor quality eyelets that tear laces. Sub par foot support and a pain to get in/ out of. Not worth the purchase people!! Ordered shoes online.
They sent shoes with scuff marks all over them.
I asked them to replace the shoes but they were out of stock. They could not provide any time table regarding when they might get new ones. I asked for a discount on the scuffed shoes and they would not provide that. I asked for a gift credit on a future purchase, and they would not provide that. They only offered for me to send the shoes back for a full refund. I found this disappointing after wasting a bunch of time dealing with customer service and getting defective shoes and at the end of it all I was right back where I started, no shoes!
Most companies have a very simple return process but Nobull does not. Be prepared for them to waste your time and do nothing to fix things.
From an overall experience standpoint and customer care stand point, Nobull is doing the absolute minimum. If that’s what you want, absolute minimum, this is the company for you.”
