“I bought my wife a pair of Nobull shoes for christmas. From all reviews and the price i paid for them. I believe its absurd of what they look just two months of use in enclosed areas such as a gym.She has about 4 other pairs of asics and some that are about one or two years old that are in better shape as the NoBull shoes.”
“Durability of the product is horrible and they know it. Customer Service locks you into a loop where it's next to impossible to get an exchange let alone a refund. This a startup company who is definitely penny pinching every dime in order to stay afloat, even if it means losing customers. Do yourself a favor and stick to the big dogs like Nike if you want quality product coupled with rock solid customer support and care.”
“I'm writing this because NoBull asked for my honest review and won't post an honest review on their website. First off, they shipped wrong item. Shoes look good but cane with a hole in fabric, and laces fray due to poor quality eyelets that tear laces. Sub par foot support and a pain to get in/ out of. Not worth the purchase people!! Beware...”
“I had the same issue with ordering a sports bra and contacting them immediately as my order was still processing but they also had no other options for me but to ship the item and then I would have to return it when it arrives. I believe for the cost of products...customer service could be better.”
“Wrong size Shoes showed up on my confirmation email directly after ordering. I Notified nobull immediately but they insist they must ship the shoes from the US to Australia and then have the shoes returned before they can change the size.

They sent shoes with scuff marks all over them.
I asked them to replace the shoes but they were out of stock. They could not provide any time table regarding when they might get new ones. I asked for a discount on the scuffed shoes and they would not provide that. I asked for a gift credit on a future purchase, and they would not provide that. They only offered for me to send the shoes back for a full refund. I found this disappointing after wasting a bunch of time dealing with customer service and getting defective shoes and at the end of it all I was right back where I started, no shoes!
Most companies have a very simple return process but Nobull does not. Be prepared for them to waste your time and do nothing to fix things.
From an overall experience standpoint and customer care stand point, Nobull is doing the absolute minimum. If that’s what you want, absolute minimum, this is the company for you.”
“I purchased a pair of No Bull Men's Black High-Top Trainer Shoes for Christmas. I have never purchased anything with this company before but he really wanted these particular ones. Once I received the shoes, I was confused as to why I received Women's Purple Trainers, size 6.5 that were to be shipped to someone over 2,000 miles away! I will admit I was a little frustrated because it was also less than a week before Christmas, I wasn't able to find a phone number for the company and was treated horribly by a chat representative! ( I do have screenshots of all the chat messages along with my relies) So I went online to initiate an exchange and I was unable to at first so I emailed customer support. I received an email a few hours later letting me know that the exchange would process as soon as I let the representative know I dropped them into the mail which I had already left town for vacation and had along with the receipt from the post office with tracking information. Once I returned home, I requested the exchange and heard nothing for 2 days! I contacted customer support on four separate occasions on day 3 to get the status of the exchange with shipping details and was informed the shoes shipped but the shipping details could not be given to me. I am just appalled that the company wouldn't acknowledge and attempt to make the error right! This whole process has been extremely frustrating!! Now, I don't have the $150 or shoes to give my loved one for Christmas! This company is a JOKE and according to the BBB complaints, they have a reputation for this and the only way to get it resolved is to file complaints with them and attorney general!”
