“I am really very happy with Nolae. I think the prices including shipping are great and what you order is always delivered very quickly. The albums are always undamaged and if something does happen, you get a refund. Really great offers and new releases are delivered quickly.”

“I've only had a few orders so far with Nolae and all of them have been perfect. I love the stickers and packaging with their little mascots on them, it really adds to the custom satisfaction opening something that looks nice on top of what you ordered. One thing I would love to see is if the could stock with some older products in the future for people who want to try and fill out some collection, that would be amazing. I think for the foreseeable future this is shop for kpop merch, very pleased.”

“Nolae is my favorite online shop to buy k-pop merch in Europe. New and pre-order items are added often and very quickly after announcement, including versions with pre-order benefits (Weverse, Apple music). They will do their best to match special version to customers' needs (for example member specific album versions). Their shipping estimates are correct, and everything always arrived on time and in perfect condition. Their prices are okay, often cheaper than what is locally available to me, and their shipping for EU is free after a certain point. Their point bonus system is also really nice!”
