“Kind Customer Service and Update along the pre-order Process, sharing the love und fun for the own products - you can tell by the lovely packaging with stickers and a handwriten note. Thank you! Only one negative aspect to mention, the packaging material inside the box was a little fuzzy and was on everything and everywhere after I took out my order.”

“its really comfy that is in the eu, so i can make my purchaces easily. but i cant find everything i need or sometimes thay are sold out. e.g. i was looking for gemini's cds and there were not any. also in only 6 months, from may i found you till now, i have spend more 1000€ and i have never received a discount voucher or anything special to show you appreciate the loyalty. and dont tell me about the coins system. that way lost me the coins i had earned at the 7 first orders i had made. also you should add another filter at the pre-order tems, not only price and availability, but also kind of merch, lightstic/cd/magazine etc. and you should restock many things.”
