“I have been using Nolae as my go to for K-pop in Europe for years now. I am always super impressed with the customer service that they provide. Their loyalty program is awesome I managed to snag a lightstick on the cheep thanks to all the abums I bought”

“OMG ! This time everything came so quick and they fulfilled my wish to give me pob of the member I wanted, plus the skz accordion vers came WITH preorder benefit sth I was not expecting and in general I'm sooo happy w/everything. Also some other photocards I had ordered came super protected so no damage happened to these ! ♡♡♡”

“Hey there, actually, I'm absolutely disappointed. I ordered back in November, and I know there were pre-order articles on my order, so I kept an eye on release dates, but for Nolae to ask me about the quality of my order, when I haven't even received information about when it will arrive or that it has even been packed is, at best, elusive and at worst, disappointing to the point, I will not order anything again.”

Unfortunately, processing and shipping Stray Kids pre-orders take longer than other items since the demand is especially high. “5 stars cuz y'all are so quick with my orders unlike the other websites that take 1-2 or 2-3 months and the packaging isn't damaged at all like when I ordered a BLACKPINK light stick from another website it took at least 3 months to arrive and the box was so squeezed but when I order from Nolae its undamaged and within 1 week it I would have it except from the new years greetings that take a lil longer”

“I've ordered 23 albums and 1 lightstick from Nolae. I live in the Baltics and this is the cheapest per album when taking into account shipping costs. In all the years I've never had an issue except slower shipping. My biggest annoyance is ordering around christmas time. But for the cheapest prices I honestly am fine with it. If it's not a pre order and it's not the holiday season I've gotten packages in under 2 weeks. Though this specific packadge took over a month to get to me, I ordered on nov 3, with a pre order album. The packadge arrived on jan 8th. Quite long but I get it.”

“Es hat etwas gedauert bis die Bestellung bearbeitet wurde. Aber ich wurde immer informiert über den aktuellen Stand der Bestellung. Und ich habe sie noch rechtzeitig vor meinem Geburtstag bekommen :-) Für die Lange Bearbeitung einen Stern weniger, aber ansonsten bin ich sehr zufrieden :-)”
