“I'm very happy that Nolae exists, because its the only shop that delivers kpop albums to my country. I'm extremely satisfied with the shopping experience with Nolae. “It delievered in a few weeks i waited a bit more then 2 weeks and i actually did not like it that they message me that they needed to change the photocards because they did not have them anymore, i mean then you have to look before how much you have. But everything else is ok.”

“Normally I’m super satisfied but this time I was dissapointed. I carefully chose 3 albums with POB’s and wished for Bangchan but did not receive 1 of him. Plus I ordered 4 random Karma Accordion versions and naively thought they would be mixed. Ended up getting 4 with I.N with the exact same photocards in. So this time I was not as satisfied as I normally am with Nolae.”

“The entire purchase process was very smooth and quick. I received my order confirmation instantly. The follow-up shipping confirmation (with its respective tracking number) only took three more days, and after a total of five days the package arrived. None of the contents were damaged. Moreover, the photocard was sleeved, in a toploader, and wrapped in bubble wrap. As it was my first purchase, I also received a small commercial leaflet with my name handwritten on it. The reason I am pointing this out is because the staff member who wrote my name on it also drew Puppym next to my name! My order included a Seungmin (SKZ) photocard, which is how they knew I liked him. ૮₍ • ᴥ • ₎ა Overall, a good experience and would order again!”
