“Pro: - Alles ist immer sicher verpackt. - Auf Wünsche wird, wenn möglich, eingegangen. Contra: - Leider dauern die Lieferungen recht lang im Vergleich mit anderen Shops. - Bitte umwickelt die Toploader nicht mit Paketband. Es ist sehr schwer die auseinander zu bekommen und die Klebereste ruinieren die Toploader. Kleine Streifen würden schon ausreichen (alles ist eh nochmal sicher in Polsterfolie verpackt).”

“It's a pretty good site to buy k-pop merch in Europe, I personally love it because it has everything I search for and pre-order items too. The package was in a pretty good state, I could see that it was taken care of. It took a bit for my package to arrive but I get it since it was a pre-order item. I will continue to buy merch and albums on this site!”

“I brought the Preorder „DoIt“ Album from StrayKids, and I had no problems whatsoever. You also regularly get emails about the order even if it’s not shipped yet, as to why it hasn’t been shipped to inform you, which I find great! I would definitely order here again!”
