“Ich mag Nolae, jedoch dauert es immer sehr lange, bis die Ware versendet wird. Dafür habe ich auch Verständnis, aber diese verschwindet wenn ich voller Verwunderung das Paket öffne, da ich schon vergessen hatte dass ich die Alben bestellt hatte. Ich habe Monate lange gewartet.”

“I really like Nolae. The delivery is fast unless you pre order an item but that does not depend on Nolae so it doesnt matter. But i do have a complaint about the app. It is very slow. My biggest problem however is that the checkout is in German. Please fix it. I also cannot find how to write a note in the app.”

“I was really looking forward to my orders so I was kind of disappointed when it was delayed but it soon wasnt that big of a problem to me because the Nolae Team messaged me and told me the reason why it was delayed so I'm grateful for that. Other shops wouldn't have done that so I'm happy they informed me. To sum it up I'm very grateful for their service and happy with my order.”

“Very expensive. Half of the Preorder POB got cancelled and the other items were delayed for ages and POB were missing and got sent weeks later. Customer service is the worst. Copy past reply without any information on your products and delivery. Took me massive amount of emails to even get half of my things weeks after the delivery deadline. Packaging was mid. Would not recommend at all.”

“I absolutely love Nolae, as the store is cute, the products are great quality, I also love the Nolae's mascots being dressed in onesies of SKZOO (I order only SKZ stuff so idk about other groups), which is cutest thing ever. Also the delivery is fast, prices are fair and the Nolae points is another cute bonus to have! Love this shop, 10/10, highly recommended!”
