“Die Ware war wie beschrieben und es kam alles gut bei mir an. Die Lieferzeit hat ganze zwei Monate gedauert! Dies war mir etwas zu lange. Ich hätte mich über eine Zwischeninfo gefreut, dass es noch ein wenig dauert. Des Weiteren standen meine Pre-Order-Artikel noch auf, online waren sie jedoch verfügbar bzw. dann gleich wieder vergriffen. Meine Lieferung erfolgte auf Nachfrage ob ich evtl. vergessen wurde. Alles in allem würde ich wieder bestellen, jedoch keine Pre-Order-Artikel mehr.”

Hallo, vielen Dank für dein ehrliches Feedback. Es tut uns leid, dass die Lieferung so lange gedauert hat und dass die Pre-Order-Thematik nicht klar kommuniziert war. Leider gab es Lieferschwierigkeiten bezüglich der Pre-Order-Produkte in deiner Bestellung, weshalb es sich leider von Ende September auf Mitte Oktober verzögern musste. Wir arbeiten an unserer Kommunikation mit unseren Kunden.
