“i absolutely love Nolae as a european kpop fan, it’s nice to be able to finally buy albums like everyone else. The one thing i’d say is that i’ll often purchase something that won’t say it’s out of stock but when i’m waiting for delivery i’ll get an email saying that it’s low in stock. which obviously is not their fault as they depend on their korean partners for stock.”

“Everything is Perfect really, the packaging, safety, and also the pricing and options (sortiment). What pains me is the delivery cost + (Switzerland) those damn import costs (zollgebüren)… but thte nothing you can change. I do love the quality of the products and i also love that thy are so securely packaged, one tip is that if a delivery takes long or it has been a week and the order is still processing, it would be nice to show the customers whats holding up the order, like ifa product is missing or delayed. That would give the buyers a piece of mind.”

“I buy a very limited edition (for 118 euros) and i received a damaged box, out side perfect but the objet they gave was damaged from the original. I complain and they gave to me only 10% discount. I dont know if ill buy again limited item, why sent damaged things?”
