“Ich finde Nolae bisher komplett super. Ich hab nur 2 Kritik Punkte: 1. Meine erste Bestellung vom 1.06. wurde noch nicht bearbeitet, obwohl alle Alben verfügbar sind. Das Say My Name war kurz ausverkauft, aber ist mittlerweile schon längst wieder verfügbar also verstehe ich nicht, warum die Bestellung nicht bearbeitet bzw versandt wird. Punkt 2 ist über die App. Man muss sich jedesmal neu einloggen, wenn man seine Bestellungen ansehen will und wenn man von einer Produktseite zurück will und das nächste von der Bestellung angucken möchte, wird man wieder zurück zum Account screen geworden, wo man wieder "My Orders" auswählen und sich dann wieder einloggen muss.. für jedes einzelne Produkt, was man nochmal angucken wollte”

“The shipment was really fast, got the items home in the span of one week (give or take). I also got some PC sleeves as a gift, and a boyband polaroid through a code they sent me on my last purchase. Also worth a mention that everything is always carefully wrapped to arrive in the best conditions possible. It has become my favourite online kpop shop.”

“Hi, i’ve made past orders with no problems but, this time, the package arrived kinda messed up. The Order in question is Baekhyun: Essence of Reverie Photobook set (which has both ver of the photobook) but the Albums have been shipped in only one sleeve, so it was open and not sealed. I’m fairly disappointed by that, cause there’s no reason to actually put both albums in one sleeve cover since they have their own pack and by doing that the albums come with damages.”
