“I ordered dog food on 15 Feb. As I had not had delivery after several weeks, I could not wait any longer and cancelled the order, requesting a refund. As of today, 14 March, I have not had a refund. Unless a refund is made shortly, I will be raising a dispute with my credit card company.”

“AVOID THIS COMPANY! ....When my order did not arrive i got in contact with them, after 2 months they sent an automated message offering to send the item again. I did not want the item anymore as it took so long for a response, i had to buy elsewhere. I sent emails and left messages which they did not reply too. The only message i got was an automatic email repeating what they had previously sent. I AM STILL WAITING!”

“I ordered at beginning of February, still not received my goods , loads of emails sent started of ring told it was sent , then told they would contact the warehouse and get back to me never did , and then they stopped replying to my emails , every now and then get an automatic email saying it's been sent and tracking info to follow which it never does DONT USE THESE THEY JUST STEAL YOUR MONEY 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬”
