“I placed an order at the end of November and never received the goods. They instantly took the money from my account and sent an email confirming my order however I never got any kind of email to suggest it had even been sent out and I never received any tracking information. I have emailed the company on more than several occasions now and still haven't heard back from them...”

“As most of the customer reviews I have also placed an order over 3 weeks ago and received nothing. I have emailed 4 times now with absolutely no response. I would advise anybody thinking of buying from this so called company to keep well away.”

“THIS COMPANY WILL NOT FULLFIL YOUR ORDER AND IT WILL NEVER BE DELIVERED. THE REAL REVIEWS ARE ALL TERRIBLE EXPERIENCES WITH THIS COMPANY (OVER 7000) AND THE OCCASIONAL AND OUT OF SORTS 5STAR RATINGS ARE FAKE (HENCE THE SMALL AMOUNT WITH GENERIC REVIEWS. THIS IS ALL PART OF THERE PLAN TO DEFRAUD THE UNASSUMING PUBLIC!!!!! ***WARNING SCAMMER-DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY*** I placed an order from Not In The Dog House & I still hadn't had a dispatch email so I contacted them & was told my order had dispatched & I would receive tracking shortly. Didn't receive any tracking so I emailed them again and they responded with the exact same email response from Amy. I then emailed back to say I was not happy & that no one is properly responding to me. I then got an email exactly the same as the others & it became clear that they were not ever going to fulfil my order. Eventually after 5 emails with the same generic response I decided to look up the company online and was shocked. They are just taking people's money and not sending orders! It's a scam!! No one reading emails, lying that order shipped even though it said unfulfilled. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! The only time I got a proper email response was when I demanded a refund & they have to comply due to trading standards. Funny how suddenly someone else responds. They have not explained why my order has never shipped or why Amy sends generic emails and never answers questions. To me that is extremely dodgy. This company should be ashamed of themselves!!! I hope you sleep well at night knowing that you are complete scammers who couldn't care less. An example of how not to run a business !!!!!!!!!!!!BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

“Scam company. Ordered two dog coats and a drying robe, neither have been dispatched. There is no number for customer service. Avoid at all costs. If you’ve called victim, join the not in the dog house is in the dog house Facebook page for advice, but don’t expect your money back.”

“Placed order 3rd September got the thankyou from family run business email still waiting for my order e mail numerous times at first got been lost in transit will reissue a fresh delivery will receive tracking info nothing now they are not even replying to my e mails no parcel or my money back just been ignored would have gave no stars but can't”
