“Dog bed ordered was delayed and when it did arrive it didn't match the size advertised, and the only one of the two treats ordered were correct. I emailed a week ago to ask what to do about the bed and am still waiting.”

“The service was absolutely fine but we ordered Skinners dry dog food which arrived with only about three weeks left before it expired! I didn’t realise until I’d opened it which is why I didn’t bother returning it but not sure my 14 week old puppy will get through it all before it goes out of date!”

“Delivery was a week later than expected so had to buy more food elsewhere then when it arrived the box that 4 x 12 cans was packed in was too flimsy hence on opening the first pack of 12 there were 10 cans damaged and dented and one can had the ring pull released so had to dispose of it! The second pack of 12 had dented cans too as I’m sure the other packs will have. They need to be sent with padding inside and a much stronger box like my usual supplier does . I thought I’d support a small business but I’m having second thoughts .”

“Took almost a month to arrive and only got dispatched when I asked for a refund. The product itself is good and appears to be really well mad and sturdy for my bed destroying dog . Good price too . I’d give more stars if I’d not had to wait for so long or been offered a refund”

“I had placed an order with my main reason being for some raw food that my new puppy had been raised on. When my order arrived this was not in the order, I then had to call to query this, I was advised that they don’t ship that type of food for amounts under 8 kg! This should be stated at the outset as it would have saved me placing the order. I was told they would refund me for the raw food that was never delivered but I am still waiting on that. Which means I will have to waste further time following that up as well. It was a disappointing transaction.”

“Dog loves the product, that's why I bought it, unfortunately the 5 working day delivery actually worked out at 10, even after contacting them it still took another 5 working days for it to be delivered, very tardy.”

“The product was great but not exclusive to this firm. I ordered 4 dog beds but they took almost a month to arrive. Customer service was pretty casual. Shall not be buying from this company again, which is a pity as I try and support small businesses.”

“Unfortunately not good. Took over a week to despatch. Had to chase twice was told it had been despatched when it hadn't. Took further 4 days and another follow-up to confirm. Last time received.no response. Sorry, but service extremely poor.”

“Ordered frozen dog food ..expected in 5-7 working days. Didn't arrive when I emailed to chase it I received an apology and told they'd get it sorted. Then heard nothing. Had to email twice more yo cancel the order as I'd run out of food for my dogs by then.”
