“I'm sorry to leave such a poor review but I actually still haven't received my order and it's now been 3 weeks 11th May ! It was dispatched 22nd May & here we are still waiting. Very poor”

“I ordered this on 22nd of May and it has not been delivered yet nor have I been sent a tracking number as stated. I also had to buy some of the same food from a different source incuring unnecessary additional cost. Now I'm being asked to review a product before it's been delivered.”

“I ordered my item on 11 May and it's now 29 May and I still haven't received it. The order was processed quickly and it's a well-known brand at a good price so that is good. Communication has been very good too. The problem is I just haven't received it yet - shipping was quoted as 5 business days with a well-known carrier.”

“Great prices and products, but it took EIGHT days to dispatch them, and a further SEVEN before they arrived (delivered on the Bank Holiday!). Amazon get my dog food to me the next day!”

“I would like to be able to submit a review of the products I ordered on 14 May, but regrettably they have yet to be delivered! I have received email communications firstly apologising for the delay (on 21 May) and then (on 22 May) informing me that the order 'had gone to the warehouse and is on its way'. It is now 29 May and I have yet to receive even a tracking number, despite informing Customer Services that the items were purchased as a gift and were needed by 1 June. I am very disappointed and wish I had made the purchases elsewhere.”

“My order was made on 31/03/23 and not delivered until 13/05/23 way after the suggested delivery time..On 7/04/23 I received an apologetic email saying that the delivery was taking longer than usual. I messaged on 14/04 when it still had not arrived & had responses saying that the parcel had been dispatched but it still took weeks to be delivered and responses to my messages told me I would receive an email soon with tracking information that never arrived. They tracking system linked to the Shop app seemed complicated and did not work for me.I shall not use Not in the Dog House again”
