“We ordered from this company and we got an email confirmation to say that it would take between 3-5 business days bearing in mind we have two bank holidays in between. I received no further email until I had to chase 2 weeks later and then I received an email saying that they will chase the warehouse and then it was finally shipped to us, but I believe that if I hadn’t of chased this up then we wouldn’t have received the order at all. I have reviewed all trust pilots reviews which are shocking so I really thought I’d lost my money but I think I may have been one of the lucky ones. I wouldn’t order again from this site but hopefully they will improve their services”

“Ordered on 20th April still awaiting delivery as at 4th May. There was a delay which we were notified of, however the item was despatched some days ago and still awaiting the courier notification that the order has been picked up. No way of tracking order ATM. Will wait another 2 weeks max. I think 1 month is crazy to wait for items ordered on line.”
