“Took over a week to get to me and most of the flavours I ordered didn’t arrive. Wouldn’t use again if my dog was allergic to anything the food would be wasted. Tray food were all dented.”

“While I appreciated email updates, delivery was very slow. Well packaged BUT I really don't like the dog bed I bought as the stuffing seems very inadequate. My older dog refuses to lie on it as its way too soft for her at 35kg even though its a bed for an extra large dog. When my puppy lies on it the filling puffs up round her but she is lying on the floor underneath her body as filling is patchy. I understand this is bad for joints. Disappointed as it was very expensive. And I need to source another bed now.”

“was not happy as there was know customer service the phone i rang 18 times i got the same answer this phone is not taking calls or something i dont think there is a customer service as if i got my order with in the time i was told i would of got it i would of spent pounds and pounds with them if only they were to change there ways towatds picking up the phone how hard is it the emails i sent the returns i got was word to word the same we will get back but it din work its a shame as the food is dam good they need to do more home work on customer service with picking up the phone and emailing proper, Take care Regards Dave”

“I liked the product line up and prices. But the Hessian box bed which looks good and feel nice is actually quite poorly stuffed. So in a week has gone from the 2 inches it looks to less than an inch in the middle. You can feel the floor through it quite easily. So I've HD to cover it with something else to make it ok for the dogs. Delivery is slow - my first order took 6 days but the second one is already on 13 and when I chased it up after a week was told it had been dispatched and I'd have tracking details soon. Still not arrived, no further emails until today and following up hasn't gotten any reply. Today I got an email saying it's in the warehouse and I'll get an email when the couriers collect it! Last time I got that email the item had already arrived. So their internal systems and communication aren't good and delivery times are slow. Products are average. It's a shame because I want to like them!”
