“Bought a dog food bin, instantly realised I had bought the wrong size, emailed straight away, no reply for a couple days, replied with a solution of sending a smaller bin and refunding difference, I said "Great, that would be brilliant", still sent big bin instead, sent big bin back for refund (cost me £8) and still no reply.”

“Ordered from this company then saw loads of bad reviews and got worried. Chased up my order and I got it the week after I ordered it. Several substitutions as items were out of stock. The website and range of items available is great. If the company starts getting orders out promptly without having to be chased up they could have a fab business. Unfortunately after seeing the bad reviews and having to chase up delivery I found the process incredibly stressful. The delivery company delivered to the wrong address and I had to go get my parcel myself which was very heavy. As I'm disabled I struggled getting it home.”

“Would gladly have given 5 stars due to value for money but poor information concerning delivery which, not only was delayed but the courier company, APC, failed to deliver on the day stated. We needed to purchase food elsewhere to tide us over.”

“Easy ordering process and the product was delivered safe and sound. However based on other companies I've ordered from, the communication between ordering and delivery was near nonexistent. So I couldn't properly plan my time as I didn't know until the day before when the package would arrive. Sorry, maybe I expect too much these days?!”

“The dog coat that we ordered took quite a while to come and we were concerned as the phones were not answered when we tried to contact them. However it did turn up after just over two weeks from order and the quality is brilliant. Well made with a removable fleece lining. Our dog looks very smart and it will be lovely in the colder weather.”

“Placed order as prices where very competitive, however delivery was not great - took over two weeks to receive my items. I even emailed several times to ascertain where my order was and it took ages for them to respond. Have to say I will not be ordering from this website again!”
