“DO NOT TOUCH THESE PEOPLE!!! They say all the right things but that is all they do. Placed an order for dog food 5 weeks ago. They sent the right emails confirming the order and delivery details and even emailed me to apologise that I had not received my order and they would resend the order out but still nothing and not even replying to my emails requesting a refund. How can they live with themselves especially in times like now when people are financially struggling or are they just relying on people getting their money back through their banks?? ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING PEOPLE.”

“I am very pleased with my recent purchase from you - it arrived promptly in a strong box, which meant the contents were not damaged at all. Once opened, it looked just as if I'd picked the item up off a shop shelf. If you stocked the specialist dog food from Royal Canin which my dog needs, then I would certainly consider switching stockist and buy it directly from you.”

“I made a bulk purchase of Bonio biscuits and apparently cleared out all the stock so had to wait a few extra days for my order. Customer communication was excellent so I was happy to wait for the order which arrived in good condition. Will shop here again.”
