“The item I ordered (coat) is fine - looks great on my dog and I am happy with it. However, I had to drop a star because it took over 6 weeks to be delivered, and in the meantime had some very wet weather which is what I'd purchased it for in the first place.”

“Product is fine just poor communication when the order was late. It was a case of "we've got your money now so we don't care about replying to you" a simple reply with an estimated delivery date would of been sufficient, the fact I was ignored warrants this score in my opinion.”

“My only disappointment is that there was no opening on the coat to allow for a harness. I had to make one myself. Also, it would be good if just the fleece inner could be worn alone. Other than that my dog loves her coat”

“Communication from the company was great every time I contacted them. The courier and warehouse they used however let them down. I ordered a dog bed and it took 18 days to arrive. I had to keep chasing for up dates only to be told it was delayed.”

“This is the first time I have ordered from Not in the Dog House. They are a nice small company to deal with. I ordered several bags of Crave dog food. Ordering and payment were very easy. My only disappointment was simply that it took several days to dispatch and some considerable time to arrive(about 9 days). It is hopefully just a one off, but I would give them another chance.”
