“I have no idea whether the dog bag fits because the items took so long to get here, my daughter had to get back to Scotland with the dog. It actually only arrived today, three weeks after I ordered it! It's a shame because you seem to be genuine doggy people trying your best but you need to address the ordering system. Maybe get some extra temporary staff in to just concentrate on the backlog of orders until you have things up to date. You are losing a lot of goodwill and orders from people who read the reviews. Good luck in the future.”

“Everything good... Price was the initial draw as we found it best over everyone else. Good communication and easy to order. The only reason I have given 4 out of 5 is that the order took 11 days to arrive, but hopefully my second order will iron out this problem. Thank you.”

“The dog coat is really good quality and good price. But the overall experience not good. Order status and communication very poor. Delivery of order very slow, it did arrive after a lot of chasing it.”
