“There was an issue with it being dispatched. However one I emailed then the issue was resolved quickly and the issue was despatched the next day. I would use them again”

“I decided to buy from Not in The Dog House for my Westie. I bought her a new collar and blanket. They are both good value for money. Plenty to look through in their online shop too. There was a delay in delivery but I received emails to let me know the status of my delivery. I would highly recommend using them.”

“Ordering was easy on website, delivery there’s no notifications had to email to see when order was coming that was answered really quickly and after email I had a notification and was delivered 2 days later but just ordered again and same thing no email about order expected delivery so will need to email again direct, all staff friendly and food is great it’s only this delivery that lets it down”

“Delayed quite abit with posting and I was unsure if it was going to arrive after reading reviews but when product eventually arrived I was really pleased with it. Its a good quality fabric crate that we wanted for our dog when in the caravan. Dont listen too much to negative reviews!”

“Freddies coat was lovely. Fits really well. Very pleased. A little disappointed on how long it took to arrive, but I must say I was kept informed. I have had at least 6 people ask me where it came from, and that is only in 2 days of Freddie wearing it.”
