Lovely bed, but after 6 weeks of not receiving it nor an email to say it has been dispatched, I had to contact the company and then suddenly it was sent within a day. No, it wasn't an issue with the postal strike as it hadn't even been processed or sent from them!!!

Banbury & Co. Luxury Dog Sofa Bed is beautifully soft, warm and comfortable. However, I’m astonished that to have gone to so much trouble with the comfort aspect, the design is very obviously flawed in that the sides are nowhere near strong enough and flop outwards. I will have to make loops in each corner and stitch them to gather the sides together. £50? Not impressed.

I received an alternative dog toy to which I’ve ordered and nothing to say item not in stock! Emailed but heard nothing.

Customer service not great, same automated message which got a bit tedious, no delivery schedule given, then turned up 4 weeks after purchase. Product however is very good.

Only part of order delivered, after contacting them they did send the rest, however, over two weeks later, still no delivery. I cannot afford to lose £33.

Food was fine but delivery was very poor. In fact I ran out and had to order elsewhere as a stop gap.

When the cage eventually arrived the box was battered. I needed to contact the company but only got their answer phone and despite leaving messages no one got back to me.

Despite fitting together very well, the bed sweats with condensation despite saying that it let air flow through the materials, which is not suitable for my old dog.

Quality of the dog coat we bought was excellent. Took a while to arrive. Received message saying had been dispatched but week later no word, nothing. Had to chase up again. Arrived a day or two later. Pleased with the coat now it's arrived.

We were very displeased at the slow delivery timescale. We waited almost 3 weeks for goods that were paid for in full at time of order and were displayed as in stock. The communication in that intervening period was poor, perfunctory, automated and frankly disappointing. The dog coats are excellent.

Forthglade product is excellent as always, unfortunately despatch was slow. I had to chase after 5 days to get the order sent to the warehouse for despatch. Once sent to warehouse the order was despatched within 2 days.

Order was delayed which was annoying as I had to purchase food from elsewhere. It did eventually arrive after sending emails. Just make sure you leave plenty of time for the delivery to arrive.

It took a while to be delivered, had to email to get a response when it would arrive, you stated I would get a tracking no?! Still waiting I prefer to speak to someone if a problem arises, this I was unable to do, Communication terrible unhappy with service

From order to receiving goods it was a good few weeks. I have repeatedly asked for a VAT invoice which I still have not received! Product is very good.

I would give 5 star for the dog jackets as they are fantastic. But the customer service part is not so good. Supposed to be 5-7 day delivery. After numerous emails over nearly 4 weeks and being told its on its way and then not receiving my order, I requested a refund. 2 days later my order arrived
