“It took almost a month to receive my very basic order. It would appear they did not have it in stock. In which case, they should have informed me that they didn't have it and given me the opportunity to cancel my order.”

“It took 6 weeks or more to receive this food Dogs love the food but can’t wait Weeks for delivery sorry it’s just not could enough and there was no option given to cancel order so not good enough service !”

“this is my 1st order and after over 2 weeks I am still waiting delivery - is this because it was free, if that was the case I would have paid for delivery. I am now having to go out today to buy dog food as I have completely run out whilst I was waiting”

“Ordered food more than two weeks ago. I was sent a an e-m a week later to say it was in the warehouse and I would be contacted by the courier when it was collected. I sent another e-m yesterday asking what was happening to my order as I have not heard anything from the courier. I have not received a reply yet.”

“I have been waiting over 2 weeks for my order to be delivered . There has been communication but they still can’t tell me where my order is !, 😤 Time for them to re-raise my order & ask for priority delivery methinks 😡”

“I’m sorry to say I’m not impressed at all. I ordered a dog bed on 26 March it’s now 20 April and it’s still not arrived. When queried with customer services I was told it should be with me soon. Not good enough!”

“Ordered some cat food which showed up as in stock, did receive an email several days after the order to advise despatch was delayed. After a few more days I managed to source it elsewhere and emailed to cancel. Received an email confirming cancellation and advising a refund would be processed, after 2 or 3 days received a further email advising me my order was in the warehouse and on it's way! Errr no, don't need the product any more so again emailed to cancel and request refund. First order and probably the last as a bit of a fiasco”
