“DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Order #138182 Order dog food on 29th August costing £71.60, it mever arrived. Very difficult to contact the company, eventually got a email on two occasions offering me a refund. It never happened. A scam company that should not exist. Have also put a review on Trustpilot and Watchdog. The reviews on Trustpilot are the same on this site,and many other sites. It also seems that the online site has disappeared, apparently for maintenance. PAY BACK WHAT YOU OWE US YOU ROBBERS!!”

“Dreadful company....do not deal with them!! Taken money twice out of my account and won't refund it. Goods never received, says there is a delay ....that was in August. Still no goods received and no one bothers to answer email. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!!”

“I ordered dog food on 15th September 2023. I then received a "sorry there's a delay in your order" email on 22nd September. Having still not received the goods by 27th September, I asked for my order to be cancelled and to be refunded the £51.80. I received an email from "Tom" with the standard/automated response that my order had been cancelled and refund would take place in 5-10 days time. This never happened, where I have sent a number of reminder emails asking for my refund, where I simply receive the same automated response. At the time of writing it is now 26th October! Given this disgusting level of service, I have subsequently carried out some research to find that I am clearly not alone. Having to give this company 1 star to write this review is an outrage and I can only hope that mine (and everyone else's) review can prevent others from being ripped off by this morally corrupt company.”

“Terrible service . Ordered a bag of dog food 5 days later still nothing , I emailed to ask for an update had a reply saying sorry I’ll make sure it’s dispatched today ! 7 days later still nothing so I emailed again with no response. I then emailed a day later asking for a refund nothing ! So I emailed informing them they had broken their contract and under consumer protection if I didn’t receive a full refund within 7 days from the date of my request I would go to the courts to complain. I received my refund 3 days later .”

“THIS COMPANY WILL NOT FULLFIL YOUR ORDER AND IT WILL NEVER BE DELIVERED. THE REAL REVIEWS ARE ALL TERRIBLE EXPERIENCES WITH THIS COMPANY (OVER 7000) AND THE OCCASIONAL AND OUT OF SORTS 5STAR RATINGS ARE FAKE (HENCE THE SMALL AMOUNT WITH GENERIC REVIEWS. THIS IS ALL PART OF THERE PLAN TO DEFRAUD THE UNASSUMING PUBLIC!!!!! ***WARNING SCAMMER-DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY*** I placed an order from Not In The Dog House & I still hadn't had a dispatch email so I contacted them & was told my order had dispatched & I would receive tracking shortly. Didn't receive any tracking so I emailed them again and they responded with the exact same email response from Amy. I then emailed back to say I was not happy & that no one is properly responding to me. I then got an email exactly the same as the others & it became clear that they were not ever going to fulfil my order. Eventually after 5 emails with the same generic response I decided to look up the company online and was shocked. They are just taking people's money and not sending orders! It's a scam!! No one reading emails, lying that order shipped even though it said unfulfilled. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! The only time I got a proper email response was when I demanded a refund & they have to comply due to trading standards. Funny how suddenly someone else responds. They have not explained why my order has never shipped or why Amy sends generic emails and never answers questions. To me that is extremely dodgy. This company should be ashamed of themselves!!! I hope you sleep well at night knowing that you are complete scammers who couldn't care less. An example of how not to run a business !!!!!!!!!!!!BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

“I ordered puppy food from this company on the 16th of August - it is now Oct 14th and order still not received. Have emailed more or less every week and promised a refund - refund not received. Please avoid this company. They will take your money but will not deliver the goods.”
