“Scam company. Ordered two dog coats and a drying robe, neither have been dispatched. There is no number for customer service. Avoid at all costs. If you’ve called victim, join the not in the dog house is in the dog house Facebook page for advice, but don’t expect your money back.”

“Over a month & half ordered Arden Grange Light None delivery of item only received 2 automatic emails saying sorry for delay & tracking will be sent No tracking sent & still haven’t received the item or refund as requested”

“Placed order 3rd September got the thankyou from family run business email still waiting for my order e mail numerous times at first got been lost in transit will reissue a fresh delivery will receive tracking info nothing now they are not even replying to my e mails no parcel or my money back just been ignored would have gave no stars but can't”

“Whatever you do don't give this company your money. I didn't read the reviews before I put in an order, which I regret, as lots of people have had the same experience. I never received what I'd ordered. After I complained, they cancelled the order and promised a refund, but after 5 weeks I've received nothing, despite regular emails. They're effectively a scam, rather than a genuine retailer, and I've no idea how they haven't been shut down. Avoid at all costs.”

“Shocking!!! Late delivery (i.e. no delivery, 1 month on from placing my order) , very poor communication. I received a thank you email from the company CEO for placing my order.. I guess he's pi**ingredients himself laughing, on a beach in the Maldives, on the proceeds of mine and numerous others orders.”

“AVOID DO NOT ORDER Based on my first experience don't use this lot.Ordered a month ago over forty pounds worth dog food.E-mailed to ask where my order was twice told they would chase it up at the warehouse and would soon get a tracking number.No number came and asked for refund Based on the many bad reviews of people having this exact same experience doubt I will get the money back.There is even a Facebook group set up for people who have been scammed by this lot.I'm going to look into how I can take this further.They cannot be allowed to take people's hard earned and get away with it.Avoid like the plague.Im posting this to help you ,only wish I'd read the scathing reviews on various platforms then I'd never have ordered.”

“Ordered dog food 20th September 2023.To allow 5 working days for delivery. That came and went. Sent email. Got a reply that the order would be 'chased up' and sent out.Nothing has been delivered. No replies to further emails. Have requested a refund by the end of this week. Total scam.”

“Ordered dog food on4 September. Never arrived. Complained and finally received a confirmation that a refund would be processed within 5-10 working days. 11 days after that 'promise' - still no refund (or dog food). This has all the hallmarks of a very convincing online scam arrangement. AVOID!!”
