Still waiting on my order, which was paid for on 7th March, with lead time of 5-7 working days. Lots of promises but no action

Please do not order from this company! Order has not arrived - I keep getting a generic email saying items dispatched but I am unable to track. I sent a complaint email and requested refund but after looking at all the other reviews that they have not received refunds after weeks I have contacted my bank. I will be reporting this website.

Still not received, ordered 16 days ago. Emailed customer service and issue not been not resolved have been told to wait for courier to contact when it has apparently already been dispatched.

Well where do I start, on the 7th of March I ordered some wet dog food & after 7 business days I had not received my goods when this company offer a 5 business days delivery. I tried to phone but just got a record message, I then emailed and I got a reply saying sorry etc etc. on the 20th of March I still hadn't received my order so on the 21st of March I cancelled my order for a full refund. Where I have to wait 5 / 10 days for my refund. I definitely would not recommend this company to anyone.

Sadly very dissatisfied with your service. Food ordered March 8 & still not arrived, despite your email LAST Thursday to say it was with whoever is to deliver it. Not heard a word from them re delivering and have had to go out & source some more from elsewhere… Will not use your company again - usually any food I order is here within days or at the longest one week …

Placed an order on 5th march still no delivery of my dog food. Now cancelled order. Very disappointed. Never received dog food and payment not refunded.

Terrible service. a month after I had ordered dog biscuits they were still in your warehouse waiting for despatch. several more emails and another few weeks and they finally arrived, by then I didn't need them as I'd had to go out to buy my dogs food from somewhere else. I was very disappointed in your company and the way everything was handled.

I can't say anything because I have not received my product. Have sent many emails about my purchase but get the same auto reply. So I would not recommend this company.

Horrific still waiting on an order I placed on 24th February for dog toys. Left 6 voicemails - no response lodged a complaint via email - no response sent various emails to check on progression of order these are auto replied to for the most part twice Ive been told order has been dispatched but no response when I ask for tracking information. Had placed 2 orders in total the 2nd order of dog treats placed on 1st March arrived but items were missing or substituted with no explanation. Always try to support small business but been sadly disappointed here and will need to raise it as Section 75 dispute with bank for goods not received

Dog food ordered weeks and weeks ago. Eventually I asked to cancel order for a refund. No refund received either. I feel ripped off. If I could have given no stars I would have.

Never received item I ordered (dry dog food). No explanation, not even informing me, I had to chase it up. Still waiting for refund after waiting for the product on 2 separate orders. Poor service and poor communication.

The customer service of this company is an absolute disgrace. I placed an order for a 12kg bag of Edgard Cooper dry dog food on 2/2/23 and to date have neither received my order or had a refund. After many emails and numerous attempts to speak with someone on the phone. I have again emailed to ask for a refund and this request for a review is their reply. They have my money, not sure what to do next.
