“Ordered Naturo dog food on 02 March. It’s now the 13 March and the order hasn’t been dispatched yet! Won’t ever order anything from these people again. It’s now 20 March and the order still hasn’t been dispatched.”

“You are the most diabolical company that I've ever used. You sent us a dog bed which was not the right size. Emailed you numerous times, left telephone messages. You get lots of negative reviews on Trust Pilot where people have complained about orders, service, lack of communication etc etc. I am going to charge back with my credit card”

“***ABSOLUTELY AWFULL COMPANY TO DEAL WITH*** I placed an order with them on 25 January and still no sign of it. Have contacted continuously and been promised on several occasions that order had been dispatched!! I have also written a formal complaint to them to cancel my order and issue a refund and at how disgusted I am with their so called ‘customer service’, I have had no reply or any sign of a refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY -”
