“I ordered my food 2 weeks ago and it still hasn’t arrived despite receiving an email to say it had been dispatched. Customer service have advised that I would receive tracking information but it also still hasn’t arrived!”

“Dog food meant to be delivered in 5 days! After 2 weeks finely arrived! Called and emailed several times but no luck or response. In the meantime I had to purchase food from elsewhere. Poor delivery time, very disappointing customer service. Will not be ordering from them again!”

“Ordered 14/1/23 and haven’t received the order yet. Had an email on the 1/2/23 to say it was on its way to be dispatched. Emailed them on the 5th to find out what was happening and as I write this I’m still waiting for a reply.”

“Left several messages about cancelling the order. No response. Then received the order after I'd sourced it elsewhere because it took so long. Still no response from the company. Needless to say won't use again, will go back to my original supplier where lead time was 3 days.”
