“One of the best fragrance shops online in the UK & very helpful & friendly customer service is available if you need it. Although shipping is one of the slowest, usually about 7 days, whereas most other stores are just 1-3 days. An option for express delivery would be appreciated.”

“- service is easy - price is good - delivery 🚚 is quicker and easier than me going to a shop as work full time - not had to return an item for refund Thank you 😊 a genuinely nice company to deal with although I do miss having a giggle and chat when I buy my all time signature perfume (my friends and family know my ‘smell’) when I used to go high street shopping 🛍 💕”

Danny couldnt be anymore helpfull. Understood everything and helped me no end. Dept advisor and assessor Sandra (Alexandra) explained me everything patiently, and I felt she was looking for the best possible solution in my situation. I felt safe and secure and treated with dignity. Never had this experience, as I never had financial difficulties before. I was stressed and scared, but her calm attitude made the whole proceedure not only bearable but relaxing! I can highly recommend to everybody this company.”
