“One of those companies that give the lowest price on Google but when you add to basket the higher price is billed. Then you add a discount code, then this is value of shipping they charge anyway. So price no better than elsewhere. This for is dishonest pricing.”

“Sadly these charges are all ridiculous insurance etc as already covered by PayPal or Amex keep net prices … ie all in prices …otherwise it’s easier to buy from other sites ..your prices are also very uncompetitive…”

“Good price on an item I was looking for, however everywhere on,I’ve says that Notino orders are free delivery over £30, I couldn’t get it to accept free delivery even when my basket was over £45, so deducted the extra items I didn’t really need & only spent £23. Free delivery on orders over an amount is pretty standard now. Shame about that”

“Your site wouldn't let me use my credit card a few times over a period of time ,after that tried about 6 hours later and it works . I tried to buy it over the phone i was told your company can't take credit cards over the phone !!!. so it wasn't an easy transaction i nearly gave in . I have bought from you for a few years and never had this trouble before . Regard Sheila”
