“I've bought from Notino many times now, but the only gripe I have, and it is a small one, is to do with delivery. There is an option for home delivery, perfect, or for collection from either Evri or DPD pickup points. But Notino doesn't offer the option to choose a delivery date, which would be really useful.”

“I use Norino a lot, I have until today used the App, which stopped working on Friday, so after contacting Notino, who told me to delete app off phone and reinstall, which I did, which did nothing. I have had to sign out of the App, delete the app and reset my phone to complete my order, which has been an inconvenience, but, it is still a Great Site to Shop on, with a lot of choice of brands and Products!!!”

“I happened upon this website after wanting to find samples. I was sceptical but about 30+ sample purchases later, yeah I can say I quite like Notino. Thanks to them, I have finally found a fragrance I will be buying as my special occasion scent at a later date in my life. Key points? Delivery dates (approx) are always stated before checkout, multiple delivery options and updates through email.”

“Unfortunately,your on line service yesterday was malfunctioning . There was no way of finding this out until,after nearly 45 minutes ,going through each stage of the process and verifying that I was human,but then being unable,despite repeated attempts, to complete the purchase,I telephoned your company and was told of the fault by the ladyt o whom I spoke.Today,the process was very quick and easy but yesterday was,to say the least a very frustrating and time consuming process which rather diminished my satisfaction with the price etc”

“Yes, I enjoy shopping with Notina, some really good discounts, the only thing I would add is that it would be nice to get a few perfume samples of the brands purchased. When shopping on line I’d be loathe to consider a new fragrance not having tested it, so the samples would be an opportunity for yourselves as well as your customers to shop other scents in future.”
