“Found the site and prices good particularly with a discount code. However, when it came to pay, you can only do so from a UK address. I’m abroad and my credit card is registered abroad. I was therefore unable to use it, which also excluded me from the payment protection that offers. I’m sure many people abroad want to buy gifts in UK and your site doesn’t allow it. It’s also costly to phone and do it direct, as with Brexit there’s no longer free calls from Europe”

“Prices were good, especially the discounted items. But best to order more than one item as the delivery costs are often more than one item!”

“Easy to order and a good basic price, and item was supposed to be reduced by a further 15% on purchase and item price shown showed the 15% discounted price. But when I applied the discount code at the cashpoint it said that it could not be used with this item, even though it had previously given the discounted price. A bit sneaky if you ask me.”

“Very easy ordering process. I would have preferred not to have to pay for the option of collecting from my local post office. Other retailers don't charge for collection over a spend threshold. Otherwise, good.”

“Love choice and prices I purchased 2 fragrances one had free delivery and the other did not I would assume they will come in the one package so I feel that postage should not be charged Hence 4 stars and not 5”
