“Mostly I prefer using Notino, except that some items I use frequently that are more expensive, even with a discount code, but also that the option to collect my parcel, as it's the safest option for me due to couriers leaving parcels in areas where they go missing removes the option to pay via Klarna. So I take the chance of having the order delivered, and if it's not then...well, I'm not the one out of pocket when I have specified to the couriers on many occassion that there are no safe places to leave parcels, but that's really not the point, is it?!”

“I like this store and shopping but there is one problem with delivery because the packages I previously ordered should be delivered to my home address, were delivered somewhere else. The courier could not find my address and left parcels on another street And I've been looking for my package several times.”

“All ok except delivery should be free if the customer is to manage the delivery himself/herself from a pickup point. Can’t understand why you are specifying the ‘Payment’ charge to be ‘Free’? (Don’t experience this with any other UK online orders).”

“50p for product protection. 90p for eco friendly packaging. This is stuff Notino should be doing anyway. It's bizarre that it's not the company's responsibility to protect our parcels and to use eco packaging. I'm grateful for the prices but making consumers pay for parcel protection is wild. Also Notino has a base in London, so why am I paying for delivery after a certain amount? Most places do £25+ free delivery or click and collect. It's just a weird choice. Heck £50+ free shipping would be fine.”

“Just spent £200 and they make you pay for delivery which takes nearly a week, even though it is courier, which is ridiculous. There should be free delivery on spends over a certain amount.”

“Had the fragrance I was looking for, which is sometimes difficult to get but a couple of glitches on the website. In middle of paying by PayPal and screen reverted to blank page of Notino website. Had to check PayPal to see if it had gone through (it hadn’t), so had to go through order process again”
